This is one of the best experiences I have had with any service company since I have been here. CODY is awesome, he was at my rental 25 min after I called the office. Troubleshoot the issue, ordered thr part and 3 days later came back and installed it. It ended up being more than that part and the whole unit needed to be replaced. They handled the warranty with the company and came back out and installed it quickly. Cody wad professional, prompt, communicative and very clean. Would definitely recommend them and I have already sent 2 of my friends to them!

Adirondack is always professional and responsive. I called for repair on a weekend and a technician was dispatched within two hours, even late into the evening. Fantastic AC! If you are looking for an honest and professional experience this is the company to use. We had a problem with our AC and had another company come out first. The other company told us we needed new equipment. We called Adirondack for a second opinion they we super professional and it turned out we did not need new equipment. They thoroughly checked everything and even came out for a recheck to make sure we were all good.

Starting with Vicki - she is a joy to work with! She always remember me and my home. Follows up when ever there is an issue just to make sure we are happy! Now for the Jerry the Tech - first time at my home, what a polite guy. He was fast and very pleasant to work with. Both Jerry and Vicki are amazing and a real asset to their company. They have earned my business and work hard to retain it. If you need a HOVC company be sure to call them! Vicki will get you set up and Jerry will keep ya cool!

My AC went out one day out of nowhere in the middle of July. As you know it's one of the hottest months in Florida. I have 3 young kids and my dog. Cody came out to access my unit and see if it was something they could repair. He offered honest opinions and gave me affordable suggestions with the reality that the cheaper option would just be a bandaid.

I ended up getting a whole new unit. Cody was professional, prompt, and got an entire AC unit installed by his team within 48 hours. Customer service was outstanding and Adirondack is reliable, I am happy I went with this company and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you, Cody and Adirondack!

Adirondack has been great from the original system upgrade to my yearly maintenance. They are always on-time and call to let you know they are on their way and when they will be there. My service tech Jerry was excellent on-time very professional went through both of my systems took pictures and made notes made some suggestions and told about the benefits of a maintenance plan.

Overall I am and have been very pleased with their services. I highly recommend Adirondack Services. Good service and people are hard to find here in Florida so I really appreciate them.

Cody was one of the most professional, polite, well spoken and on time service call I have ever had. I called on a Saturday at 4pm after calling 3 other places starting Thursday when my a/c went out, no one got back to me. Cody answered first ring on a weekend and saved me from my wife who was about to kill me with our house being 87 degrees. Cody went out of his way to retrieve the replacement part we needed, within 2 hours the house was starting to feel better, he cleaned up and left the area of work cleaner than it was before he was there.

I am truly impressed with the customer service and communication from Cody with how busy everyone in the trade industry is he really made my family a priority and understood my situation and got the job done faster and better than expected.

Adirondack has been our first choice for all a/c related repairs for both our residential and commercial buildings. As a small business owner, I appreciate the effort they put into giving exceptional service each time we see them. Jerry, the service technician, just conducted maintenance a inspection on my two AC systems. Jerry was on time, very courteous and very detailed in his inspection.
