Symbiont Service

Not good! Brought this company into one of my properties for estimate. Company then went behind my back and estimated my client directly at a cheaper price than they gave me ( actual contractor! ). Update: 6/14/22 Manager of company called my company and was very apologetic. Explained the issues they had and completely understood our point of view. Was a misunderstanding. I appreciate the companies response to make everything right. Everything good with my client. Thank you

I called at 7:30 a.m and left a message with their answering service that my A/C was not cooling. At 8:00 a.m. I received a call from them saying the techs would be at my house at 10:00. They arrived early, diagnosed and fixed my a/c in 15 minutes and then did a complete maintenence check on the system. Answered all my questions and were not on ly very professional but great people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Critical: Quality, Value Geothermal pool system. Very expensive to install. Has required at least 4 to 6 times a year repairs since installation. Out of pocket. Would not recommend this company. Surely there are other companies out there that have a better product and do a better job of it. Poor value.

I purchased an air conditioner from them. They came on time. They were very friendly, and seem to be efficient. When I needed help fixing the thermostat they were right on board. Although from last year, which my neighbor got an air conditioning system from them, they went up $1,000 I'm not sure if it's covid, truckers issues with products, or just taking advantage of.

But I must say, the air conditioner is very quiet. Very efficient. And I'm still waiting to see if I can put the heat on so I will know if that works properly But they are very willing to help you, and the person that sold me the system came to assist me when I called.

I can't tell you how disappointing it is to leave a one-star review. It started out well enough; they came to my house to take measurements and seemed quite knowledgeable. But then. radio silence. I have called no less than four times requesting the estimate. My job was not a small job. Three different units, preferably geothermal. No small investment.

Four times. Still radio silence. If you want the job done I would suggest finding a different vendor; one who wants the business. edited - upgraded to 3 star for polite and classy responsiveness to online feedback

Awesome Service! A/C went went out & they were quick to respond. Tony did an Outstanding job installing our new system and he continued to follow up with us to ensure everything was working. The communication throughout the process was exceptional and this company far exceeded our expectations!

Every aspect of my dealings with Symbiont over the past few years has been great. We recently had the whole AC system replaced and the air handler moved into the garage attic. Mike King in sales is always great to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and fair. The guys the took out the old system and installed the new one were professional, efficient and friendly. They showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Symbiont.

They are not a good company to deal with unfortunately. I called and called and left one message after the other to no avail. When I finally got someone to go out to take a look at the work that needed to be done they were "not interested". Too much thinking for them. They had done work for two condo units under me and I was asking for the same job to be done. "Not interested".

But it took calling them to find out what they could do for them to tell me they weren't interested. Other reviews say they got right there to their job etc. Believe me they had to be friends of theirs. Calling this company is a big, big mistake! How does any company turn down a job for a homeowner in Florida, in the summer, with no A.C.?

This service has an excellent reputation around town. The first service rep came a week early and I had to reschedule. It was kinda a big mess but when the service tech finally got here on the correct day we were in business! He did an awesome job and explained everything to me. Very pleasant experience once the scheduling issues got ironed out.

Very happy with end results.! We contacted this Company when our AC stopped working because of faulty repair from a different AC company. We thought we needed a new AC (as suggested by the previous repair company) and contacted Symbiont to obtain a quote for a new Lennox AC. Symbiont responded very fast and a Sales rep (Mike K.) sat w/my husband and I and thoroughly discussed our options.

He offered a complimentary service to attemp to get us AC until we had decided what AC we wanted. It was very late in the afternoon and w/in 2 hours a very knowledgable Tech (Brett L.) came to our rescue. In a very short period of time the AC was up and running. We subsiquently hired Symbiont for an annual maintenance contract and to realign our Air Handler.

After the inspection, it was determined that our AC was adequately working and in no need of immediately replacing it. Hopefully we won't need a new AC, but in the event we do, we will not hesitate to call Symbiont.
