A/C system went down late Sunday evening, actually got a live person on the phone. Just as they said, a tech called shortly to let me know he would be here and will update me as he gets closer. The tech, Danielle kept in touch, and arrived right on schedule. Less than a half hour we were up and running. Danielle was a real professional, took care of business, explained everything to us and was most pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic service and experience! A/C died on me and Tony came out right away to provide an estimate. Estimate was very reasonable and the unit was installed a week later. The installation team (Mike, I believe and two of his helpers) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and just a very pleasant experience. They arranged for the city inspector to come out and even remember my FPL reimbursement and followed up about that.
In a time where it feels like you have to fight for everything, monitor everyone and everything, and be perpetually ready for combat, this was such an easy and pleasant experience that it almost seemed suspicious. :-) Tony, Mike, and the team are amazing! Thank you!

Service call response and maintenance were spot on and fabulous. Incredibly well informed, and serviced our exact issue. (Would recommend linking the phone numbers on the website to the main number--as well as the link to schedule appts). I was only able to speak to a live person using primary number for the parent company. I changed the review to a 5star based on the fabulous service once the appt was made :-).

The representative Danielle was great. I needed someone to come at the earliest since I had another company come out prior that I believe did something with my blower. Daniel came out that day and spent time with us investigating what may have happened. Turns out the other company had installed a different size motor fan for our AC. I'm now getting my system back into shape of what should have been done in the first place. Daniel was very thorough and a pleasure to work with explaining everything clearly to us. Would recommend to anyone trying to find an honest AC company and not one that will rip you off like we previously had.

Daniel with Honest Air was professional from the moment he came and started the job! He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely careful when working in the home to keep my pets safe through the duration of his visit! He kept me updated on progress, shared what was going on, and was clean with his work. I was extremely impressed not only with his efficiency, but with his overall professionalism which is extremely difficult to come by. I will continue to highly recommend him and hope the employer recognizes what a wonderful employee they have as part of their staff!

I used Honest/Conditioned Air to purchase and install my new AC system last year and they were awesome. I called them this week to troubleshoot/repair my pool heat pump. They were very accommodating, Daniel called ahead, arrived early, and did an outstanding job fixing my heat pump! So much less expensive than purchasing a new one! Daniel came and quickly diagnosed the problem and got the AC working again. He is a knowledgeable and considerate technician. However the unit installed by Honest Air has broken down several times. We own another condo unit and that air conditioner has not failed yet and it is 10 years old. Something about this newer unit is just not right.

I use Honest Air to service my AC semiannually. My AC works fine till they service it - then it stops, the same day. It's usually something like a switch wasn't turn back on or a valve wasn't drained properly. It takes 2 visits to do a service. When you have 3 zones you are likely to have a repeat service so it's done properly. Time to start looking for a new AC service provider.
