Great family owned business. Had an issue that required immediate attention over Memorial Day weekend. Was able to get Steven to call me and tried to resolve the issue over phone. He was out the next day (Memorial Day) to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Have used them since we purchased our condo and will use nobody but them for all our AC needs!

Never showed up to do the service! Called 5 times each time we got promised not to worry and never got service. I left a message in " recorded line " in hopes the owners of the business will get the message how bad was the experience with this particular company! I will not recommend, be careful!

I had to replace an older A/C unit and air handler which was positioned in a pretty tight area of my garage attic. This family owned company showed how serious they take their profession and worked extremely hard in making sure the 'right' unit was installed in my home.

They are experienced, not 'corporate' run and are sincerely interested in providing excellent customer service and workmanship. Save your time when considering the 'other' A/C companies out there (most all of the A/C companies I contacted for installing a new A/C in my home never even returned the call).these guys know what they are doing.considerate.knowledgeable and are extremely responsive. After some not so good experiences with the original HVAC contractor for my new home, I switched to Southern Comfort and have been very pleased with them. The owner, Zack Cecemski, happens to live nearby and after several casual conversations with him, I switched to his company and am very glad I did. He always gives me tips about things I can try to alleviate problems, and when it's more than I can do, they come out quickly and get things resolved. I'm glad I made the switch and recommend them without hesitation.

We called Southern Confort Air because our 3.5 year old AC that was installed by BEST failed. Southern Comfort came right out, inspected the outside unit and was very honest in their diagnosis. They saw that the coolant was not leaking and recommended a repair with new parts instead of a new AC. With the supply chain being what it is, they gave us a loaner portable AC and the parts order went in. 6 days later my husband called to check up on parts and learned they were delivered to the Ft Myers office not Marco office!

So kudos to Amanda who works in the Marco office. She drove to FT Myers at 7 AM to retrieve the parts and bring them to the Marco office. She then rearranged the crew's schedule to make sure we had our AC repair that same day! This is a family run business, Zack the dad and Zach the son ( who both did the repair) and Amanda. If you need an AC job, , support this local business.

I've used Southern Comfort Air for over 12 years and find them the best quality, service and warranty follow up when needed.

I used Southern Comfort to clean the HVAC duct in my recently purchased condo, and to install a UV light system to remove odors and mold. My experience with Southern Comfort was stellar. Very friendly people, responsible prices. Zack and his sons (as well as Amanda!) are great to work with. I'm very satisfied with the cleaning work and the new UV system. I highly recommend them.

My name is Wes Houck I live on Marco island We live in a house that was built in the 90s. Our house was 80degrees at 8 oclock at night with AC. Running all day We called Southern Comfort Air. We needed a whole new system. The service was great. The the installers that came out were friendly and professional Now it's set on 74 and feels like a office building in our home. Dehumidifier is incredible too. Our power bill went from 400 a month to 100. So thank you Southern Comfort. oh and the job site was spotless.

Aaron and one other gentleman were very professional and treated our home with respect as soon as they arrived. They accessed the roof and removed a huge section of dried lint, which was keeping our dryer from working at full capacity. They also cleaned out the pipe and the vent to the dryer. Once this job was complete, they double-checked the vent efficiency from the roof again, then cleaned up and removed their equipment. We highly recommend Southern Comfort Air, and will continue to call them for our needs here on Marco

Execellant service and very knowledgeable. My AC was popping breaker in service panel. Aaron measured power and determined AC handler was pulling more that breaker (40amps) was rated for. He then checked the AC handler and noticed unit was rated for 60 Amps. Was able to replace 40 amp breaker with 60 amp and fixed issue. He also found shorted 15amp circuit connector and fixed that. Could not be more happy with service provided by Aaron and Sam. Did all the work in less that 1 hr. EXCELLENT Work thank you!

We've been using Southern Comfort Air for many years now. They always do an excellent job. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and shows you exactly what's wrong and how to care for and get the most years out of your unit. This is a very honest company, and they never give you anything you don't need (unlike others we have had)!

I called Southern Comfort, spoke with Amanda who was very pleasant, . Aaron called the following day before he arrived, then came and fixed my AC. Aaron then spoke with my 3rd party AC insurance company, answered many questions, and received reimbursement approval. I then paid Amanda with a credit card on the phone, and received a receipt by email. Both Amanda and Aaron were very professional, polite and accommodating, and my AC is now working again, so I am 5 star very happy.

Southern Comfort Air worked well for us. Zach gave me a fair price, Aaron arrived when Zach said he would, and even finished way sooner than planned. I've had the unit for over six months now and have no problem at all. The efficiency of the new unit is great as my electric bills are way lower than last year.
