RMI came to service my three AC units. They did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning my AC units. While in my home, the workers were mindful of keeping my house clean and efficiently getting the job done.

Love Randy and his team. They have done several installations for my family over the years. They do great work, very professional, quick and beautiful. I love my Mitsubishi units.

I'm a return customer to RMI Mechanical due to the excellent service received on an earlier Mitsubishi split AC install for my living room that was very reasonable. Maybe not the lowest price in town but you will get excellent service for the money. Randy is easy to talk to and can accommodate your special split AC installation requirements for a very satisfactory end result.

I think I'm more on the particular side of most customers and he was able to accommodate. I met with Randy at his office to go over some details of the installation and we were able to work to a mutual solution for the quoted price. His attention to details and thorough explanation from beginning to end in simple terms makes for a happy customer. Calling him or his office was convenient for me because they responded in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I've been a customer of RMI Mechanical for nearly 10 years. They've installed Mitsubishi split systems in both my home as well as my business. Both systems have performed flawlessly for the entire duration! I've had them visit on a regular basis to clean and maintain both system. They even call me to schedule and remind me when we're due for a cleaning!

From the initial installation through all of the service calls, their staff has always been professional, courteous, thorough, and punctual. The reason for this 5 star review, which is long overdue, is because of my last experience with their work. I recently purchased a new home which did not have air conditioning. Since I was already doing a bunch of other renovations, I was physically on site during the installation of the systems.

This allowed me to not only see what took place but also helped me to understand how much work is actually involved in the process! The incredible amount of care taken during the installation is what truly impressed me! I can honestly say there were no short cuts taken! Those guys bust ass! Climbing through the attic in the middle of the hottest time of the year has to seriously suck but having to climb up there myself is where I realized how much they really take pride in their workmanship!

I could see where it was literally impossible to take short cuts! I personally would not want to spend an extra second in that attic but it was obvious they took the time to do it right. The stuff you normally can't see was done as clean and neat as the parts that can be seen! I honestly can't comment on pricing since I did not even consider getting another quote but having worked with RMI Mechanical for as long as I have, I have gained a new appreciation for their work ethics and especially their installation ability! If you are shopping for a Mitsubishi split system, I would highly recommend Randy and his staff!

I just had my split A/C replaced with a new Mitsubishi A/C today and Randy and his crew did a terrific job and fast. The price was very good! The response time to come over here was really quick. Randy and his team were great. Installing air conditioning is a big expense, but we believe our money was very well spent with RMI Mechanical. Their work was done on time, as scheduled, quickly, and neatly. Randy gave us good advice about the equipment we needed and how best to use the units once they were installed. He answered all our questions (even the silly ones) with patience, good humor, and helpful information. If we ever need to replace or repair our new system, we will definitely call RMI as our first choice.

We got quotes from several different Mitsubishi split AC vendors and we chose RMI. There pricing was very good and Randy gave me a ton of options on installation. We are very happy with the installation and customer service. Randy even called me the next day to make sure I liked the install. I would highly recommend RMI if you are looking for a Mitsubishi AC vendor.

Randy at RMI did a fantastic job installing our AC. He was prompt and courteous. But what I valued most about his service was the respect he had for my time and property. He answered all my questions pertaining to the installation and gave excellent advice from beginning to end. I've dealt with many contractors and Randy at RMI has earned my highest respect. I would not hesitate to use RMI again. As the 5 stars indicate, they are highly recommended. Quality service and an excellent product. That is what I received from RMI.
