Air Solutions/Larry were exceptional in service, attitude and products. The installation was quick, clean, and reasonable. They are an amazing answer to this unbearable heat and humidity. Larry took care of everything! My place was in perfect condition when they were finished. I highly recommend Air solutions.

An old split system A/C unit died in a bedroom used as a home office, so it was important to replace it promptly. My previous A/C company, who had installed all my A/C units, did not respond very warmly or treat me as a valued customer. When I called Air Solutions and talked to Larry, it was like a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, courteous and quick to help. Installation was very well done at a very reasonable price. I contacted 5 air conditioning companies and Air Solutions had the BEST PRICE as well as the BEST SERVICE. It's amazing how some companies will spike the price up very high for the same product. Being very responsive to my calls or messages is very important to me and Air Solutions is on top of it when it comes to this. They were very professional when onsite and answered all questions I had.

I felt like I was part of the crew since I was involved throughout the process. I hate to call them out, but I had a very bad experience with Air Perfections and I realized how much better Air Solutions is. Hawaii Energy provides rebates for some AC units and Air Solutions was upfront about it and let me know exactly what I can subtract for a rebate.

I had 4 mini split installed and they did such a good job, very clean and precise. I had such a great experience with Air Solutions that I will continue to use them for maintenance services. I highly recommend them to everyone; you will not be disappointed.

I am so happy to have an air conditioning system by Fujitzu installed. It took awhile for me to gather bids from several companies. But when it came down to returning calls, that's where the rubber meets the road. Larry was always returning my calls or text messages after I wanted his electrician, Ron, to install the sub-panel for the HVAC and the 14/50 NEMA Plug in the garage.

His pricing was the most competitive, too. He and his team were diligent and answered my questions on site. They helped in cleaning up afterwards, too. Larry and his team did a great job replacing our two old split a/c units. It wasn't an easy job with the way our place is set up, but they executed everything perfectly and efficiently. Larry is very knowledgeable and I felt like he was keeping us well updated with how the job was going, and helped us make some important decisions on where to put the units and why.

We are SO pleased to have chosen Air Solutions - the product is high quality, the installation seemed to have gone seamlessly - even though we know that the configuration of our home made the work tricky.

Our split system decided to die when it was extremely hot! I don't know how many companies I called and was told that the earliest install would be two months!!!! Then, along comes Larry at Air Solutions Hawaii! He was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule and we had our brand new Mitsubishi in two weeks! He was prompt and efficient. I have dealt will several air conditioning companies, but none can come close the excellent customer service that Larry and his company provided. Larry was able to diagnosis the problem immediately and repair it very reasonably for our Mililani home. Larry is easy to talk to and has very positive energy. He didn't talk over my head. He took the time to explain things to make sure I felt confident with my AC. These kind of service providers are a rare gem and hard to find!

Larry is a great guy. Did me a big favor when I needed to get my split system removed from my condo balcony temporarily ASAP when they were resurfacing. Then, he came over on a Sat. to reinstall (it was hot and I was happy to get it back in). Very accommodating and responsive.

Larry installed seven window mount air conditioners on my multi unit on Date Street. Everything was as promised, expecially the installation date (which was two months in advance to accommodate tenants). His prices were competitive (he matched other bids that I had), and his workmanship is excellent. Would definitely recommend and will use Air Solutions for my future needs.

Larry was highly responsive, very professional, and exceeded expectations. We had 2 Fujitsu split systems installed to replace existing Mitsubishi units and are very happy with the results. He arrived on time and stayed until the job was complete, which was for sure overtime for his employee. This is the benefit of the "boss" doing the work. Air Solutions Hawaii just finished replacing our two failed and failing central air units. It was a big job that we scheduled over four days. Larry Cayatano and his assistant Randall were both terrific -- always on time, very friendly, cleaned up the house each night when they left so that it never felt messy, and the total price was exactly what we agreed on. Could not have been better and I would highly recommend using him for A/C work.

They replaced 2 dual zone split ac systems with Mitsubishi systems. Larry, worked with us on a competitive price and completed the work quickly. He went out of his way to ensure our needs were met. I had mentioned that we had a problem with condensation on one of our old units, he discovered one of our existing drain points was clogged. Larry made sure all drains were clear before turning on the new units.

He also replaced the pads for the new compressors after we agreed to reuse existing pads. Larry said the old ones would would work but it wouldn't be right so he went and bought new ones then didn't want to charge me for them; I paid anyway. Units work great, quiet and cold! If I could rate a higher grade for Stars, I would give Air Solutions Hawaii, Ten (10) stars. It never cease to amaze me how other Air conditioning companies profit margins are taken out on their customers when the evaluations are high for the same type of equipment, design and installation. I got a very reasonable and affordable quote from the owner, Larry Cayetano. I recently had an installation for a 30K Fujitsu Air conditioner. From the initial call to completion of work, Larry was very professional in everyway possible. Larry and his crew (Tyler) did an impeccable installation and their attentiveness to details are highly commendable.

I was pleasantly surprised when Larry sent me a followup emaill asking me how I was enjoying my newly installed Fujitsu. This shows me the type of integrity and customer service Larry introduces to his customers. He provided extra service by going to Home Depot to buy paint for the vertical plastic covers outside so they would match the wall.
