They came when they said they would. Best price I can find and I called around for 3 days. I'm disabled I can barely walk so I couldn't go up on a ladder to try to fix it. The only thing that was wrong with my unit was that the filters needed cleaning so it was making it leak water. The two gentlemen that came here Mario and Mario we're so kind to do the work for no charge.
They cleaned out the filter put it back for me and we plan on using them in the future to clean our air ducts for my mom and dad's house. I highly recommend. anytime I ever have heating or cooling problems I'm definitely calling them, 10 out of 10! Thank you

My elderly grandmothers AC went out during the heat wave in Sacramento and her house was over 100 degrees. I called the next morning and they squeezed her in. The were over 45 minutes early and even gave her a discount. Fixed the AC in less than 20 minutes. Bless their hearts! Will definitely use the company again Service: A/C system maintenance

Arctic came out on a Saturday morning after calling them on Friday night. Due to heatwave all the other 24 hour AC places wouldn't come out on the weekend. Previous AC company came out late Friday, but they gave up saying they couldn't fix it. Arctic found a frayed wire in the attic and replaced it free of charge. Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. Hard to beat that combo.

Arctic Heating and Air is a great company to do business with. They are straight forward, There employees are on time and very knowledgeable about what they do. You can't go wrong hiring this company for your heating and air needs! I live pretty far away and they did not mind coming all the way up to my house. The owners Mike and Joslin are very helpful and very nice people! Great company!

What a rip off! Congrats, Arctic, you just made $65 in less than 30 mins because I'm obligated to pay your service fee. I have a friend who is an HVAC mechanic but lives far away and he talked me through this process when our A/C unit stopped working yesterday. His diagnosis, and it's the most common one, is that the capacitor needed to be replaced.
My friend charges a fair $195 to replace a capacitor and check the entire unit to make sure it is fixed and working properly. The Arctic technician looked super shady and was aggressive. I was at work and had to communicate over the phone, but from my family at home and my home video footage, he looked at the unit for maybe a minute before calling me and quoting $550 to - you guessed it - replace the capacitor.
Except he wasn't that clear. No, he didn't give a clear description of the work he was actually going to do, he just spouted out a ton of words - starter, booster, fan, capacitor, etc. - and made it sound way more complicated than "I'm going to replace your capacitor". He also threw in a bunch of bogus high dollar figures and said he was giving me such a great deal. Here's the kicker: He said my Freon was low.
But my capacitor is kaput and the fan isn't running, and according to my fair and honest HVAC repair friend, there is NO WAY to accurately measure the Freon level unless the capacitor is working and the fan is running. The Arctic tech said "Freon is SO expensive, it's $150 per pound and you need 4 pounds, but I'll give you a deal.". What a bunch of BOGUS and a complete RIP-OFF. Do yourself a favor, don't call these crooks. Glad he's off my property.

Arctic Heating & Air is professional. This company is fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Their workers are honest and know what they are doing. Our air conditioning went out on an over 100 degree day, which happened to be the day of our daughter's graduation party. They came to the rescue immediately and our party was saved. You can't go wrong with Arctic Heating & Air.
