We connect these to your existing gas or propane supply and if a loss of power is detected the generator automatically starts and powers up your home. Used Denmark for our city HVAC inspection and to get a furnace humidifier replaced. Both experiences were fantastic. They fit us in very quickly and we're very transparent about pricing and timeframes of the work. Techs were right on time & very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that need hvac help.

This is the furnace company to call! They came early. More important they are professional and I have called them when I needed to 15 plus years. Outstanding staff in office and these gentlemen Always are the best! For those concerned they do wear masks but better yet they know what they are doing. Excellent

Gary was on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was able to get an appointment right away, and they were able to fix it the same day. The price seemed reasonable, service charge ($65) plus hourly rate ($105 for 1 1/2 hours), plus parts ($65). The technician (Gary) had to go get the right part, so if you know what needs to be replaced buying it yourself might save money. I really appreciated that Gary did not seem to mind me watching what he was doing or my gas boiler questions.

Had a tech out to figure out where leak was coming from--charged unit, added dye pack. Came back out and couldn't see any leak, so I was instructed to call again. Few weeks later there were puddles on the floor, so the tech came out again and determined what was causing the issue wasn't repairable as my unit was 15+ years old. New install was done 4 days later. Techs were on time, professional, finished when they said they would, and cleaned up.
I was shown how to maintain my new unit, and given some pointers that may help it work more efficiently. Price for the new unit was very reasonable and much less than what I expected, and I wasn't charged for the third follow up visit. Would definitely recommend.

Update, we did receive a full refund but had to ask for one in writing. And Denmark apologizing repeatedly does not fix the issue or our frustration with having an issue with a BRAND NEW AC UNIT. And to note another correction to your reply comments, we were accommodating with your techs schedule not the other way around. Both my husband and I had to take off several partial or full days from work using personal and vacation days as there were SEVERAL warranty calls on this NEW AC unit that ultimately could not be repaired.

I'm very happy with the service I've received from Denmark. Gus came out today, and fixed an issue I've had for a couple of years with my furnace. I highly recommend Denmark, because everything is explained thoroughly, and the price is reasonable. Oh.they really respect women! That goes a long way with me!

I am very happy with Denmark. Everyone was courteous and helpful from start to finish. I went in with some questions after my a.c. stopped working recently, and the owner even came over to explain things to me. The technician, Gary, was prompt and thorough. I was also pleasantly surprised with the price I was charged. I will definitely use and recommend them for any heating and/or cooling needs in the future.

I had them install a furnace 14 years ago at my lake house which we use every weekend or so. The furnace they installed has had its issues over the years as expected, but it turns out that Denmark heating and Cooling had installed the furnace tilted/pitched towards the back instead of towards the front. This caused condensation and water too pool up inside the unit, this caused corrosion and messed up parts, etc.
I never knew til my heat exchanger went out, and to fix that would be half the value of a new furnace. I just had to buy a new furnace for $4000 (with another company of course). Yes, I understand the furnace lasted for 14 years, but also with this being a lake house, the furnace has seen far less use than a normal furnace sees after 14 years, and if they had installed the darn thing right then maybe it would've lasted another 10 years. rather than it dying while I'm on the other side of the planet for a new years vacation and then I get a notification from my alarm system that my house is 59*F and dropping. Hopefully they're installing their other furnaces correctly. people, get a level and see if your furnace is tilted towards the service door or towards the back of the unit. it may be pitched wrong and towards the back, this causes water/moisture build-up, this causes parts to fail and others to rust, then you get carbon monoxide in your air, then you don't wake up the next day (carbon monoxide is dangerous/can be fatal).

Water heater blower broke, guy charged 165 for trip charge plus labor. It was Saturday so he could not find the part. We waited till Monday, got a call from them saying the part is gonna be 900 plus installation. Are u kidding me? Looked around and found the part from a place repairclinic.com in canton for 400. What a rip off! Just show how dishonest someone could be!

Called them to get a quote. Web site states: "24/7 Coverage: We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In times of need, when you reach out for assistance, you will be greeted by a caring professional not voice mail." Called and an automated system put me on hold and have been holding for 10 mins. Finally a person from an answering service came on to take my message. Hung up. On the bright side, I was treated to some selections from Fiddler on the Roof by the voicemail system. Will find someplace that pics up the phone. Suuuunriiiiiise Sunset!
