Hammocks is absolutely the best. My wife and I needed a new larger commercial unit for a new business. Nathan and John gave us options and helped us select the best one for our business. It was not an easy job for them but they knocked it out of the park. They became like a second family to us. We felt like we were a priority to them and they never let us down. From customer service to performance they were the best choice. I highly recommend them to everyone for commercial and residential.

Installed HVAC system. Gave me a reasonable price. Giovanni and Jose were thorough and efficient. Did have one snag as the AC units were delivered by a separate person and was over an hour late. However, Giovanni and Jose had everything prepped and ready and install was quick. Giovanni showed me everything and explained the thermostat set up. Good experience.

Juan and his friend did an amazing job at fixing our ac! Temperatures went up to around 85 in our upstairs floor and as soon as our ac was installed, it quickly went down to 63. Called in the morning with a furnace that went during the night. Jason our technician came out that afternoon and identified the issue. They were able to obtain the part (a new control board) and come back and install the same day. Clean, professional and thorough. We have used Hammock's for years and will continue to use them. Hammock's AC is the best Heating and Air company in Metro Atlanta! They installed a new unit for us in 2021 and did it with the upmost professionalism and customer service. We ran into some issues with getting the unit on our condo roof, and Hammock's was on top of it to find us an alternative solution that same day. They honored our original quote and made sure their customer was happy and taken care of.

Our heat went out without warning. I called and was immediately scheduled within a few hours. The Tech was professional, courteous, and explained everything he did in detail. He took pictures as he went to document what he had done. He was fast yet thorough. While fixing the issue at hand, he discovered that a bad valve was sticking. That could have caused further problems. He explained the issue and corrected it. I also like the fact that they are locally owned and not part of some big corporate conglomerate. I'm a happy customer!

The technician was timely, courteous and took the time to help me better understand my HVAC system as well as what the issue is. Best service ever! Our service tech was Alex Thomas who did an outstanding job. I called the day before Thanksgiving and they were here quickly. Alex was quick, efficient, professional, extremely expert. We used to call another HVAC co, but thanks to Alex we'll be using Hammock's exclusively going forward.
