We got home at night and realized something was wrong with our AC, so in the morning we tried calling multiple companies listed on our Trane Home App. nearby and most were unavailable that day. Fortunately Mr. Wilson was on the list and was able to help us. Their technician Eric got to our house so fast, he was really nice, helpful, informative and very respectful of our property by wearing shoe covering before entering the house. I think it's very considerate of them and I think they charge cheaper than others. Definitely recommend their annual plans, thank you very much.

Home warranty companies are not what they use to be. After a very difficult 35 days and three different repair companies, no one could assist with a poor blower motor. I got a recommendation from a Trane dealer who could not work in my area and was provided with Mr. Wilson Heating and Air Company. First contact was a blast of fresh air. They understood what my problem was and called back that they had the part, offered a quote for that motor and the fee for a service call.

I agreed and two days later Eric appeared with the part, installed the replacement within the hour and briefed me on the entire system with clear detailed information. Begining to end the service was preformed at the highest level of respect, professionalism and quaility fast service speed. I will use this team again and thank you.

I had an unexpected water leak from my AC handler. Come to find out, the installer of the unit never cemented the joints so one came lose and water did what water does - it found a way out. Thankfully I got someone here within a few hours. Justin was amazing and came up with a solution to stop this from happening again. The damage was nominal. Could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Mr. WIlson Heating & Air and his team are always responsive to calls for service or questions. Pricing is fair and the work is quality. Its hard to find good contractors that explain the difference between required repairs or recommend services for your HVAC system. They do an excellent job at this and not adding in extra costly items that are not required.

Mr. Wilson has always been there for me, they acquired the business from D&C A/C Service which I always used I I trusted them blind. We have been using Mr. Wilson for over 5 years. They do a biannual check up on our system and have always been on time and professional. Would recommend them to anyone. Added to previous review. After having a bi-annual unit check up, it was determined our unit was on its last leg. Purchase and install of the new unit was seamless. He not only addressed what was wrong, he also took the time to clean up the original installers poor work and make sure there should be no further electrical issues. @ 1:41 on 8/10/21 called to set up appt. on date scheduled for service 8/19/21 called @4:23 as no one showed up. Rep stated nothing was scheduled however I referenced who I spoke with which was Sandra Arce. The rep mentioned she can reschedule however I was on time crunch due to selling home hence reason for appt in advance.rep called me later and was able to fit me in only after I mention I can take my business elsewhere annd heard the frustration in my voice. Thanks, however felt as though there are newbies in office and can tell as well as when inquired over the phone from prior call rep mentioned she can send email to complete warranty.

However when speaking with the service tech he mentioned that the office should be able to complete rather than me do myself as they are more familiar. He did a fantastic job but comfirmed the newbies and what could have been done that should've potentially been offered.

Mr. Wilson is amazing not only did he call me personally on a weekend he helped me troubleshoot the problem so I didn't have to have a technician come to my home. He now has a customer for life. He is the best super friendly and very professional. Thank you again Mr. Wilson you just made this widowed Mom of 4 teenagers a lot less stressed.you are my hero

I recently experience a problem with my AC. Eric showed up on time and promptly diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor. He had a replacement part but it was a top of the line, 5-year warrantied, turbo capacitor. Rather than use the far more expensive part, he called the office and then went to the nearest AC parts center and obtained a far less expensive, but perfectly acceptable unit that solved the issue. Eric was professional, transparent, fast and efficient. It was a highly satisfactory experience. I would certainly use this company again and will recommend them to others.

Great from beginning to end. Called on a Friday morning in August with a non-emergency situation, and the phone was answered on the first ring. Explained my situation - a constantly running air handler that would not shut off, but the system was still cooling. Sandra, the person who answered the phone, listened attentively and was able to set me an appointment for the following Monday.

The technician, Tim, arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a bad fan control board. Tim checked for part availability and provided me with a quote, which was very reasonable. Part was delivered in less than an hour and the repair was accomplished. Very happy with the level of professionalism, knowledge and service provided.

I was so impressed at how quickly this company worked to get me a new A/C unit in my home. I had been without A/C for 6 days and was desperate for air! From the salesman, the girls in the office down to the installers and even the runner were so helpful and professional. They really seemed to care! I was so thankful for them. This morning I called at 7:20am and the phone was answered. I had an appt scheduled by 7:30am for a 3-5pm window same day. They called me 30 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. Daniel showed up exactly at 3pm, was extremely polite, friendly, professional, and honest. Daniel went above and beyond to explain everything to me and ensure that I fully understood what was going on. I highly recommend and commend Wilson heating and Air conditioning. As with most two story homes, we were having a problem with our second floor being much warmer than the first floor. One of our bedrooms wasn't even usable in the summer. Booth came out and inspected our unit and duct work. His recommendation was to replace the duct work in the attic to increase airflow to the upstairs rooms. It is a night and day difference now and we couldn't be more pleased with the result as well as the service we received. The technicians were very friendly and professional as well. They got the job done and left our house clean. We will always use Mr. Wilson for any HVAC work.

I completely trust the work and the integrity of Mr Wilson's staff. Honest, hard workers and they never make you feel it is for the money but to make sure the job is done correctly.
