Matt Ulm, Pat, Tim and all his team did a fantastic job in our house. We were tired of the increasing propane gas cost and decided to upgrade to a geothermal system in November 2021. We chose Arronco over other companies because they provided us with all information we were looking for and their competitive price. They are knowledgeable and were open to discussing our needs.

The overall job was done faster than expected. They offered us a financing opportunity as well. They also installed an electrical water heater to replace the propane water heater tank we had. The geothermal system is quiet and we are more than happy with the comfortable climate we now enjoy indoors. We highly recommend Arronco.

After a bit of an emergency, Arronco was able to squeeze me in the very next day, analyze the problem quickly, order the part, and install all within a weeks time. Shawn originally was brought in to change out my kitchen sink faucet. He was very courteous, professional & cleaned up entire work space. We also had a slow bathroom sink drain that he took care of. We mentioned a water softener we had installed by someone else & he took a look at it. He noticed it was improperly installed and not safe over time. We scheduled a return service & he ran a new drainage plan once & once again he was professional, courteous & cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with Arronco!

I purchased a preventative maintenance contract last January (2021) and the service just completed was the winter service for 2022. I had air conditioning service last summer as part of the contract. The service and professionalism of both appointments were very good. The tech arrived on time and seemed to be knowledgeable and was helpful answering a couple of questions I had. I recommend Arronco and plan to renew my annual preventative maintenance.

I am very impressed with Arronco's service. The young man they have sent out is very knowledgeable and helpful. He get's 5 out of 5 stars. What I am NOT impressed with is my "Water Furnace" geothermal system. My system is right at 10 years old and we have had to have the coils replaced, the compressor quit working which unbeknownst to us caused the auxiliary heat to run which doubled our electric bill, and the outdoor sensor replaced.

In short, it seems to be falling apart just as the warranty is ending. This concerns me greatly as it was not a cheap system. I expected it to last 30 years like a traditional system does especially considering we have had it professionally serviced every year.

Called Arronco after Bryant's took my money and told me they didn't work on geothermal (which I do not have). I explained over the phone my problem, orovided photos of the unit that needs repaired, with model and serial numbers. Even offered to photograph the problem part which was declined and deemed "unnecessary" accordingly. Setting up appt and the tech that came out were great for the most part. Tech tried to fix my capacitor, but then realized that the board I had mentioned previously indeed was fried. Tech will write up and pass on to quote in the morning.

I called just now because I haven't heard anything. Over the phone I'm told "we can't find a supplier so all we can do is replace the unit" It's a shame I was charged another $100 for someone to tell me the problem I already knew existed, and I had to show the tech it was the problem, and I had to follow up on the second part. What did I even pay Arronco for?

Don't plaster "we service all brands" on your truck if you don't and/or won't. Responding with a passive aggressive comment about how your crooked business model is right will be ignored by myself and honestly anyone else who sees it. People are not as idiotic as you'd like to think.

Jeremy was my technician to repair my heat pump. He was very courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained the repair that was needed for my heat pump. Corey Wynn was amazing, working through some challenging circumstances. Corey showed up to get a major repair started on our geothermal system. A second technician was supposed to meet Corey here with the part necessary to fix our furnace and help him finish the repair. Meanwhile.a tree fell across our one-lane road and the second technician could not make it to our house. Corey took everything in stride.

He got the part and finished the two man job by himself. He also sent the other technician on to a job that Corey was supposed to take care of after he finished at our residence. (Making sure his other customer was also taken care of.) Corey spent 5.5 hours at our house and had a fantastic attitude the whole time. He was knowledgeable about our system and we could't be happier.

Hope your HVAC damage is worth their time. Paid $99 for them to come out to tell me that my flex ductwork needed to be replaced (which I already knew since I had a raccoon problem in my attic). A week went by after I was told that Arronco would contact me to set up a time to get it replaced-nothing. I called the office and they told me to call. Chris, who did not realize someone had already looked at the problem and then proceeded to tell me that it's a small project and he'll have to talk to his foreman to get it scheduled. Again, nothing for several days. I called back, 'Hey Chris, any chance you can get to this?' He says, again, I'll have to talk to my foreman. Longer story short, I called.

I had Arronco put a brand new system in for me several years ago. It seemed like a fight the entire time I owned it. Constantly having issues and it never did a good job of cooling or heating my home. I called them out many many times to look into it and they kept saying it was my house and it's not insulated well. I invested in more insulation but. still same issues.

I finally got to a point to have a new unit installed again so I went with Poston Brothers. So far I can already tell the new unit is working as it should. 90 degree weather and my house is 70 degrees inside. I had the lowest electric Bill this month that I've ever received because the system doesn't constantly run like my last one. So much happier since I went with someone else.

So far they have been to my cabin in Willisburg 3 times, once to install a heat pump and twice to repair another "expert's" mistakes. They are now working on getting the thermostat so that it does not run basically all the time and not heat the place well. Set on 72 and temp 66. I have been told by Chris a few days ago the stat should have a setting for emergency heat.

The reason this is not a 5 star review is the advertisement stating 24/7. First, contacted the day after service that the heat was still not running properly. The fellow (Jake?) called me back to say he had reached out to sevicemen but none had returned his call. This was Saturday. The problem would be dealt with, apparently, the "first of the week." I called today, Sunday, to give them further information and got an answering service, who obviously knew nothing about what I was saying, but would give them the message." I'm not sure these two incidents truly represent 24/7 service. You can contact the company, but I think service on the problem is implied when 24/7 is advertised. I'll be happy to edit my review when the heat problem is ironed out.

They fixed our AC in 2 days! Very prompt and friendly technicians! Joyce in the office is a gem! Whenever you have work done to your house, the customer service can be so hit or miss. But I was super impressed and happy with everyone at Arronco. We called a few weeks ago because our HVAC was making a weird noise. It turned out that a part was broken.plus another, plus another, plus another.it was a bigger problem than we expected! So it. ended up taking multiple visits and a handful of your techs coming out to work on different things or deliver parts.

And every single person who came over was super polite, helpful, courteous, and positive. It was as good an experience as you could hope to have, with a broken heater. (And just all those broken parts seem suspicious - it was no money grab, it was all under warranty, so we didn't pay anything. They just noticed that things needed to be fixed, and fixed them.)

Arronco wanted to charge me $1,600 for parts and refrigerant that cost $175 retail and less than four hours of labor for a geothermal system repair (TXV valve and line filter and refrigerant recharge). When I questioned the charge and asked for a breakdown of parts and labor, they refused to give me a breakdown of what I was paying for and told me. it was a flat fee rate and that was just they way they work.

I cancelled the work order and refused their service and contracted with DLM Enterprises to fix my system. I ended up paying less than $600 for a savings of over $1k. I will never use Arronco again. Things were fine as long as the geothermal system was under warranty but then it's a different story. I also inquired about replacing my system and just to change the furnace was the same price as what I paid to have the entire system installed which included drilling four 150 ft deep wells for the ground loops. In essence, the labor rate they were charging me was $350 per hour.

Stay away. I have a geothermal installed by this company. I have a service contract and they have the worst service in the world. They have 1 guy working all of Kentucky this Sunday. They said they might call me back to schedule something on Monday, but don't count on them being out for n Monday either. The guy has back to back calls till midnight and doesn't care if you get serviced or not. Their service is worthless and they can't service what they have sold let alone do more work. Get a service plan from anywhere else and don't use these guys. ever.

We are so thankful for Arronco and team service. We purchase two geothermal 7 units and have experience so many quality benefits from owning them. The talent, design of these units and effective service are remarkable. They cost more because they do more. We are extremely thankful for the excellent service we received from Arronco. Our AC went out the hottest weekend of the year. Adam Berwanger was Instrumental in getting us in the right direction and with the help of Brigette Trumble. By 1:00 on Monday the salesman Larry Brown was very helpful in getting the exact equipment we needed and didn't. push anything on us that we didn't need.

He called the office before he left our home to get us schedule for our new AC unit. The very next morning the unit was delivered and the techs worked under some difficult situations with the temps in our home just as hot as they were outside. We are happy and satisfied customers and will secure the services from Arronco for all our HVAC needs.

I was completely satisfied with my semi-annual maintenance visit for our geothermal system, as I have been ever since Arronco installed it 6 years ago. The technician gave me a heads-up phone call an hour before he arrived. He knew to bring new filters into the house with him, even though it was his first time here. He was courteous, pleasant, and focused on his work. The job took 1 hr. He reviewed his findings with me before he left.

Just had our first annual checkup since the installation and we couldn't be happier with the level of service and professionalism. The technician showed up right on time, actually a few minutes early, and got right to work. He even took time to track down an annoying click in the system and found it was a loose air duct cover. When finished, he reviewed everything with me and was on his way in less than an hour.

We have a geothermal system and a heat pump in another part of the house, both installed by Arronco. Overall, the geothermal system has worked efficiently, however we have had many issues with installation and service. Due to improper installation, our 2nd floor was flooded requiring drying, mold remediation, replacement of ceilings, etc. To Arronco's credit, they paid for all the repairs. On the heat pump, we've had Arronco service it repeatedly due to issues with balancing the temperature and failure of components.

Couldn't have been happier with the service I received on my Hybrid hot water heater. The consultation was straightforward and clearly laid out my options. They were able to get my installation scheduled very quickly and so far I'm very happy with results. Arronco had the best price of several quotes that I've received and I have to say the service I've received so far has been very professional and very efficient.

The team even helped me complete the paperwork to get my rebate for Duke Energy and made me aware of the Federal Tax credit my unit entitles me to. I highly recommend Arronco!

Arronco charged me $367 to install a $30 capacitor that plugs in. I don't mind paying for professional services but I got ripped off. Also, I called their service team and the representative asked me if I wanted to pay to have them take the part out. Unbelievable company
