Air-O Service

These guys are the real deal. Everyone who is with Air O Space deserves praise. From the initial phone call with the caring and professional people at the office, to the service technician and manager who made the repairs, this whole experience was fantastic. Dan the Man was able to quickly access the situation and have us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. This guy knows his stuff. My family and I are thankful and blessed to have Air O Space as our go to for all of our A/C needs.

I had another company come out to fix my air conditioning system. The technician told me that my compressor was bad and that I either buy a new compressor and pay to have it replaced or purchase a new system. He gave me a price to fix my system and then called his supervisor and his supervisor gave him a price to replace my unit over the phone. I decided to get two more quotes to replace my system.

One of the companies I called was Air O Service. Dan the estimator came out and showed up on time and was very professional. After he asked me several questions, he asked if I would mind if he could test the system. To make a long story short, Dan got his tools out and determined that in fact my compressor was just fine. He replaced a couple of parts and my system was up and running half an hour later and has been great ever since! I'm so glad I found AIR-O SERVICE! It literally saved me thousands of dollars!

I needed some sheet metal work done and called around. I found a lot of very unhelpful businesses but these guys said no problem. I gave them measurements and in a few days I picked up the peice I needed and it was perfect. Since then I has used them two more thins for sheet metal work and once for HVAC repair. They have always done a good job and I felt the price was reasonable. I would use them again.

I have always used air-o-service and have always been treated with the upmost respect by Janice and she always helped me out tremendously, I don't know where she has been but since she has left I have been treated with disrespect by the new lady in there, the owner is completely disrespectful and doesn't care at all about his employees or his customers.

The last time I had them come out to my house the service guy had a woman waiting in his car the whole time and rushed the whole job, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Completely unprofessional and rude! BRING BACK JAN!

Air-o services literally changed our lives over the last 3 years. We lived with swamp coolers only for year's and never thought we could afford AC and Heating that would allow us the comfort and security we needed during increasingly hot muggy summer days and cold winters here I. Churn Creek Bottom. Air-O was able to show us how we could use mini splits to effectively and efficiently keep our home cooled and heated.

They helped show me how to best care for the system between throughough yearly maintenance. From their estimator to installers to maintenance crew, they are professional, engaged, clean and courteous. We feel that we have a partner in keeping our house a home!

Our AC unit went out right in the middle of Redding's traditional 115 heat wave. After 2 weeks of battling with home warranties unethical and scam techniques (not to mention the horrible tech they sent out from a company I won't mention) my husband and I contacted Air O Service in hopes they could help. I honestly can't believe how amazing they are.

They were prompt and efficient! And most importantly knew what they were doing! The other company the home warranty sent out didn't even diagnose the problem right! And when it's 115, that's definitely not ok! Air O service. You are amazing and my family is so thankful! For anyone looking for help-your crazy if you don't use Air O Service.

Outstanding! We had Air-O-Service replace our swamp cooler. It is rare these days to find such competent work! We cannot say enough about how amazing this company was to work with from Michelle front office, to Sean and Julius who installed the unit and Dan the tech who came out to complete the electrical wiring, all were polite, timely and knowledgeable.

Finally Dan the residential manager was easy to work with and very fair. We have lived in our home for 18+ years and finally have a properly operating swamp cooler thanks to this amazing team. Anyone who is looking to get any heating/air work done should definitely put this company at the top of your list! Thank you all!

Called this company for assistance with my air conditioner not working. They were able to send someone out the next day which was awesome. The guy showed up and spend 4 hours at my house servicing the air conditioner. Still wasn't working so he went into the attic and found what was "supposedly" to be the problem. Unfortunately, didn't have the part in the truck so needed to come back the next morning to fix it. Came back the next morning and spent another 3 hours "fixing" the problem. Came home to a hot house called the company and they said he would come out the next day to fix it after 5pm. 9:30pm I got a call from the gentleman asking if it was ok if he came out still. Umm no. so he was going to come out the next day after I got off work.

No call no show until 8:45pm. Luckily for me I called another agency to come out to fix the problem. That guy was in/out in 22 min! Pretty sure I should have been made a priority since he didn't fix the problem the first time. I have never made a review Before for bad service but, this needed to be shared. This week was the 1st week of really hot temperatures in Redding and I was without air conditioning for 3 days. Should have just went with the second guy the first time around! Good luck if you choose this company to work with.

Dan and the crew at Air-O Service are top tier technicians and are true professionals. Middle of summer, our system stops working, 112 degrees I call, tech shows on a Saturday and by that next Monday they had cool air blowing. Did I mention they had to deal with a nightmare 25 year old system, a "hack-job" attempt by another company that destroyed it and they did a full permitted system replacement.

The communication and performance was amazing. Dan and his guys even took the time to look out for our dog Shadow. Id recommend these guys to anyone as I trusted them with my family and our well being. We just finalized the the new system and the city inspector came and said it looked GREAT. Being a Veteran and Teacher I expect a certain level of performance and Air-O Service went beyond the call of duty! We Thank You!

Very professional and polite service. These guys found no end in helping my family complete our duct work. Highly recommend that you give them a call if you have ANY issues with duct work in your house. Support local businesses and give Air o Service a call.

This outfit is crooked. They broke my system worse than it was. They doubled the prices of the refrigerant they installed (into a leaking system). They left my wife and I in a broken system in100 degree heat for two weeks without communicating. They claimed they had sent me thier very best technician. Then they billed me $808.00 and never repaired the system.

The person who finally fixed our HVAC unit did it for almost exactly half what Air-O is charging me. When we went to Air-O to try to workout a compromise the "owner" wasn't there but they would have him call me. Jack (the "owner") called me today when I was out. I returned his call but he didn't want to work it out. He wanted his $808 and accused me of talking over him when I tried to explain our position.

He didn't want to hear our side. He is now trying to take us to court. BTW I sent him a check when we got his first bill for $178. That was the cost of his service call and diagnosis.

Excellent service! Dealt with 4 people in this company on two separate occasions. Thank you for ALL your help with my issue. Thank you Chris for figuring out how to get my obsolete part. I had air-o service out to my mom's house on a recommendation. When I called, Jan in the office got us an appointment for the next morning and when I called again to give her special instructions because I would not be able to be at the appointment she was very kind. The tech was very courteous and early. He fixed the issue quickly. The price was reasonable for the issue and if we have any other issues for my mom's home or ours, I will definitely be using Air-O. Had Air O Service out to give me a quote on a new A/C system. They were prompt and friendly. I had 3-quotes and Air O was the most knowledgable but they weren't the cheapest. I chose Air O because of how long they have been in business. They did a great job on my new system. It's purrs like a kitten and cools like an Alaskan night!

I have an older heating unit in a business and I called to have a serviced and inspected. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and even identified some additional items that he addressed on the spot. I would definitely recommend this business.
