I have used this company on 4 occasions now, and each time was very pleased. The first service was combined into two, Brett came out and was super professional giving me advice of a mini-split install for our add on room. He also explained that the reason the room next to it needs better air flow by fixing some of the loose ducts that were in the attic.
He spent about 4 hours or so at my house and fixed all the ducting in the attic and installed the mini split which I thought was great timing. A few months later, the mini split was leaking and he came and fixed it, no charge no questions asked. Most recently, our HVAC unit on our house went out, and within an hour Brett called me and was at my house the same day. 45 minutes later, he figured out a fuse had blown from the system overworking itself due to dirty conductors in the unit. He had us back up and running in no time. A++++, no one better.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Had an appointment today 8/17/2020 at 4pm. No one showed for the appointment. No one called! So unprofessional! Too many fish in the Sea Enterprise Heating and Air! We will be going with someone who will actually show for an appointment and give my negative feedback to anyone who asks!

Fast and reliable. Chris explained everything that needed to be done and did it in a timely matter the company was able to come to my house within a desirable amount of time and not weeks of waiting for service. They were prompt and professional. The office staff was very nice and Tim our tech had us back up and running in no time. They will be our only call from now on for all our heating and cooling needs. They were also the best quote we had for a complete new system install that we will be doing in the next few years

I showed up to my office on a Monday and realized the AC unit was not working, at it was going to be another 100 degree plus day. I called Enterprise and they were able to schedule a tech within the morning. He quickly identified the problem at had us up and running before noon. Honest, friendly, reliable and money well spent. Highly recommend them to everybody.
