Force Home Services is awesome. I engaged their services for two new complete HVAC system and for plumbing services during a significant remodel. They were a pleasure to work with. Responsive, caring and honest. The team came out to demo existing HVAC units, returned at a later date to demo and relocate plumbing, they returned again once framed out to install HVAC and relocate plumbing and gas lines and finally came back to finish out and blow in insulation.

This was a significant remodel with me, the homeowner, pretending that he was a general contractor. They were patient and willing to help in anyway possible. Customer Service: Tracy Murillo for fielding my calls and making me feel like I was their most important client, HVAC Install Team: Donato, Manny, Pedro and Jorge for always being willing to stop and explain things to me during the install process, Plumbing Team: Dvach and Jax for their tireless effort making sure that the plumbing was routed to the right locations during demo and during rough-in and helping me get photos and videos required for passing inspection, Insulation Install: Pedro (again) and Javier for making sure that the work was completed to my expectations and understanding what it takes to get the job done right.

These are just a few of the exemplary team members that I had the pleasure to work with. I know I have missed many since it felt that the entire company was out in full force to ensure that my family could return home for Thanksgiving dinner and have HVAC, hot water and plumbing. I wanted to be an informed consumer like you so I read their reviews. I immediately noticed that they are indeed a well-run organization with a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately before talking to them I had the bad luck with talking to some other companies in the area that didn't seem to care about getting my business.

Even getting a quote from some of these 'other guys' was more difficult than it should have been. Luckily I happened to run accross these guys and liked them from the get-go. Their customer service rep was very helpful in booking me an appointment right away and answering some tough questions I had over the phone. Their HVAC tech who came the same day was like I described up above.

These folks are a first class organization and are ready to serve. I found their pricing to be very good and quite a bit less than some of the other HVAC guys I called. These guys have 600+ positive reviews for a reason. For monetary reasons, I haven't actually used them for a new unit install yet, but will definitely retain their services when the times actually comes.

Every experience I have had with Force Home services has been excellent. They employ polite and knowledgeable personnel and they always do top quality work. They have replaced my entire HVAC system and my entire sewer system as well as other general cleaning and maintenance jobs, and in each case I was more than satisfied with the exceptional work done.

Our old water heater began flooding our house this weekend and we needed to replace immediately. Force was able to have a technician out to us the same day we called (Saturday) and they installed a new water heater first thing on Monday morning. Everything went very smoothly. Michael was our technician and did an amazing job. He was very prompt and professional, explained everything carefully, and did his utmost to make sure we got everything we needed at a good price.

We especially appreciate that he was able to schedule us for almost immediate service due to the urgency of our problem. We could not be more satisfied with our service from Force.

Very happy going with Force Home Services to replace my old AC system. The entire process was fast and smooth. The office staff was easy to work and got me scheduled quickly. The diagnosing technician was knowledgeable with the existing system and walked me through all of my options, from repair to replace. I didn't feel pressured any one direction and felt that I had a lot of information to make an informed decision that was best for me, my time, my budget, etc. Ultimately, I chose to replace the entire system because, well, it was very old and I had repaired it enough in the past.

I got a fair price that came in lower than a quote I received from another company. The service technician who did the installation, Jorge Rodriguez, and his crew were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and the service was fast. Overall, very satisfied and I will be using Force Home Services whenever I have a need that they service.
