Best Air

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are super responsive, did extra preventative work without extra fees, and of course fixed the electrical problem that caused my AC to stop working.all at an extremely fair price. It's not often you run into a company this honest. They were recommended by a friend - so glad he told me about them. They are good people.

Best Air really is the BEST! Honest, professional, competent--and they always get my service scheduled faster than expected. I am truly grateful to have such a helpful, trustworthy company that gets the job done right every time. They've been our first and only HVAC company for over 30 years!

My first experience with Best Air. Bobby came out and quickly assessed the issue, when another company I had been using kept charging me for things that had nothing to do with the actual problem. It's working great - finally. This review might change but, for now - after one visit - this company seems fair, competent and courteous. I'd recommend them!

These guys actually are THE BEST. They actually come to FIX YOUR A/C instead of trying to upsell you! Second generation family business! So refreshing!

We are very satisfied with this company. Last Saturday the fan on the compressor stopped working. We had just replaced a worn out motor last fall, so I called Best Air who had replaced it. They can out within 2-3 hours, did the troubleshooting, and made the repair (faulty connection on old capacitor) in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. The repair tech was very nice as well.

The name is fitting. I've had several companies look at my furnace issue, some to fix and some to give me an estimate to replace but Best was the only one to fix my issue and didn't even charge me. Turns out it was a minor adjustment or 2 and other then a noisy blower the furnace did not need to be replaced. I had been charged to service it two other times very recently and on both occasions was told that I needed to replace the whole system or at least the blower to make it heat properly. After Best left it was heating like it should and, even if they had charged me a service fee, I'll never call another company to address my heat and air needs again.

Hands down the best air conditioning people in Denton County. They will not upsell you or try to get you to buy something you don't need, you will not get billed for Unnecessary repairs. Everything is honest and true priced. I will never ever call another air conditioning person to service my system as long as I live. Ask for Richard when you call.
