Easily a 5 Star rating. Replacing our HVAC unit was an unplanned event and created havoc in our household. Garlenski AC&H, were reasonable, thorough and professional from start to finish. The pricing was competitive and the installation team Oscar and Jose were professional and pleasant. Great workers and patient with the many questions I ask. 100% recommendation.

I scheduled an appointment to meet with this company and they never showed or called. I called them and I was told they weren't sure but they thought the technician had a doctors appointment. He called me back and left a voicemail that said I can reschedule and probably don't even need to look at the existing heat pump which I know is no way to do business. Naturally I did not reschedule with this company as they shook my confidence.

Absolutely LOVE their customer service! Tawanda(sp) was super friendly, patient, and informative on the phone. Was able to quickly dispatch someone earlier than the time expected. Jose A. was our tech. I really appreciated how quickly he responded, super respectful, professional, and even wore a mask and booties on his shoes w/o me having to ask! Got the job done quickly. Was so pleased I signed on for a one-year contract. Highly recommend!

Garneski (and Oscar) are always fantastic. They've kept my systems working well for more than a decade. The one time there was a real issue - they took care of it quickly and without hassle. Sometimes it's difficult to justify a maintenance contract year after year, when things are not breaking.but that's exactly the point. I know my systems work because Garneski put them in and take care of them.
I've never once felt that my technician was trying to "find" problems or take advantage - quite the opposite. I always feel that Oscar (and the Garneski team) are genuinely looking out for me.
