My warranty company used United Air Temp as the vendor to handle my plumbing situation, but due to the company's horrific customer service and failure to address the issue, I called AA Rapid Plumbing. Firstly, they were very understanding of my situation on a Friday late afternoon. Secondly, Cesar came out and inspected the matter and immediately came up with a plan of action. Thirdly, they came back on a Friday evening to deal with the mainline stoppage. The pricing was fair and Cesar kept me informed of the situation. I would highly recommend using the company.

AA Rapid Plumbing immediately responded to our request for service by sending Cesar out to our home. Cesar was not only an expert in identifying and fixing the problem with in our AC unit but was also kind, knowledgeable and attentive. He willingly answered questions I had on the process and was very thorough in making sure the system was fully operational before leaving. I will call him for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

On a scale of 1 to 10. My experience was a 20. I could not say enough thank you's for the fast response, explanation of the problem, future maintenance recommendation and expected life span. At no point was there an 'upsell' or excessive cost. Great company and great work. We had a leak from our kitchen sink that ended up flooding the basement. Caesar was able to locate the problem, fix it in a timely fashion and also helped us replace our garbage disposal that recently broke. He was nice, upfront about pricing/ time to repair everything and did a good job in repairing it. We had 2 separate companies give us quotes for repairs earlier that were unrealistic and extremely expensive. I'm glad we were able to work with Caesar

Caesar was great, on time, efficient and personable. He let me know the cost of everything up front and explained everything that he was doing. As a female I really appreciated that he never talked down to me like I've had other service people do in the past. He also gave me good tips on maintaining our AC system for the future. Fingers crossed we don't have to use them again any time soon but we'd absolutely do business with AA Rapid again when we need to service our AC.

Ceasar was prompt and extremely thorough in evaluating and servicing my A/C unit which had no cold air coming through air vents. He added refrigerant but also gave me an assessment of my issue and what to do going forward. They actually came on the holiday since i have a dog and special needs kitty who were barely tolerating a hot house! I highly recommend AA Rapid plumbing for any A/C repairs/servicing.

My AC hasn't been working for months. We got another contractor to look at it and they told us we would have to replace the whole unit. Today, we contacted AA Rapid and they sent Cesar over the same day. We didn't have to replace anything and he fixed everything in timely fashion. Highly recommend this company.

In the middle of the night, I had a leak on top of my hot water heater. I called AA Rapid Plumbing and Cesar came out right away. He replaced a pipe that was leaking and I had water for myself and the 6 cats. He was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable on how to quickly fix my problem. Excellent service and response time! I called at 9pm for a sump pump failing and Cesar was at our house by 10:15 and able to throw a patch on the problem that will hold until someone with the correct parts can come do a permanent fix. The price was reasonable for an emergency and everyone I spoke to was excellent friendly and courteous. Thank you Cesar, you deserve a raise!

This company is fantastic! We were away during the Polar Vortex to come home this morning to no hot water! This is the only company that would come out on the same day, Saturday. Their expert technician, Cesar, is extremely knowledgeable, technical and professional. He fixed the problem quickly. Whata great guy! Would I ever use this company again, ABSOLUTELY! Exceptional service and response time! Called on a Saturday evening to set up appt for Sunday (which happens to be Fathers Day). Received a call in the morning, as promised, that a technician would be arriving within the hour. Paulo arrived on time, and did a thorough inspection of our AC unit. He diagnosed the issue, and proceeded to fix the problem.
He was professional and personable. We were extremely pleased with the results. Problem solved, along with a very fair price. We will continue to call AA Rapid Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and request Paulo. We will also highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Our AC stopped working one of the hottest days of the year. Cesar came out within two hours of my call, diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part quickly, and gave me pointers for improving the system's efficiency. He was friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend him and the company highly.

The day before a snowstorm was predicted the main water cut-off valve in my townhouse started leaking (a lot). It was late morning when I called AA Rapid Plumbing with my issue. The staff on the phone were great and were able to re-arrange the schedule so that they could send me a plumber by 14:30 hrs. The plumber (Caesar) came on time and was extremely professional, while also helping to reduce my stress level.
After the utility was able to cut off the water from the street, Caesar went right to work. He made, and tested, the repair in less than an hour. Everything was explained to me in clear and accurate terms before any work was done. I am more than satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism of AA Rapid, and would happily recommend them.

Excellent service. We had an unidentifiable leak under an upstairs carpet. They came within 45 minutes as promised (gave all fees up front on the phone for same day service and all other service fees upon arrival and assessment). Cesar, the plumber, was of the highest standard. He identified the problem immediately, was professional, courteous and also friendly.
He fixed the problem in no time, advised me on how to pursue a claim with the contractor we had used for our home redesign, suggested which photos I should take to provide evidence, and was finished within the hour. I am extremely impressed and we will definitely use them again.
