Argent Heating & Cooling

First time homeowner here. Called for HVAC service and inspection. Our tech was awesome. He was friendly and very helpful, explaining to us all the components and showing us the instruments used and what the readings meant. Will keep Argent in mind when it comes time to replace the system.

I would normally not leave reviews, but Argent has been OUTSTANDING. The service is beyond what I could have even imagined. My unit had not been serviced in years! Argent came to clean my coils, and helped clean my unit so my AC/heat would work like new. The techs that came out were kind and knowledgeable. The team seemed happy to be at my home and helping me. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Argent.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Argent. They were professional, punctual, and had excellent customer service. After they replaced my air conditioning system to an infinity system with a high SEER rating, my monthly costs have been lowered! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality and reliable heating and cooling services!

I called Argent when needing help with my AC (the VA weather has been an emotional roller coaster)! I spoke with one of the wonderful ladies in the office and then received a call from their sales guy, Ron, to come on out and look at my system. Ron was amazing and gave me a quote I could not resist (cheaper than other companies with better efficiency.). Ron then scheduled his guys to come on out and Keith and his team did great.

My AC has had no issues and any questions I have are answered in a timely manner. The service techs are knowledgeable and are some of the kindest young people I've ever come in contact with. I would highly recommend Argent for all your AC/Heating needs. The team will take care of you from start to finish! Whatever you may not understand regarding your system can be answered by the team! Excellent Service and very Professional. We have used Argent Heating and Cooling for the past 8 years for our personal home and our 4 rental homes. They have installed 3 new AC systems and 2 new Heating systems for 3 of our homes. We also use their Annual Maintenance Contract for preventative maintenance of our AC and heating systems which are checked twice a year. Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Contacted Rachel and her team to see if they could help a client with a leaking hot water heater, being an HVAC company I had no idea if this was something they did, to my surprise it was absolutely something they could help with! They sent a technician out the next day to help identify the issue and noted a new tank would be required. They identified the best product for replacement and ordered it same day and came back a few days later to install. Not only were they responsive but their whole team was professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Great service! We called argent due to my heating system not working properly, Robyn took care of me she was so kind and attentive to my issue. The team was able to come the same day and fix the heating system, the technician Patrick was so knowledgeable. He taught us about our system and how to avoid us having any other issues. We are so happy that we finally found an HVAC company that we can trust.

We are definitely gonna be working with Argent! They also have a home appliance repair team, which was great to know because I am gonna be dealing with one company with two different services that can help me at the same time! Highly recommend it!

BUYER BEWARE! Technically incompetent, shady business, and unresponsive customer service. Argent installed my new heating/cooling unit. Days after moving into my new build (with the new heating/cooling unit), insulation from my heat melted all throughout my heating/cooling closet releasing terrible fumes and nearly causing a fire. Fast forward a year and a half later -- my auxiliary heat (from my 1.5 year old HVAC unit) burnt out.

Keep in mind, most HVAC systems have 10 - 20 year warranties. Argent sent someone out, said it needed to be replaced, and then I had to follow-up via phone 2 weeks later to get a status update. Darnella informed me the part was ordered and would be here in 4 weeks. During this time it was sub-30 degrees more than half of the time, with no heat. 4 weeks later, I called and was told the part had not been ordered.

It would take another 4 weeks. Then Robyn took my call and said it had been ordered, but it would still take another 4 weeks *headscratch*. really? Robyn informed me she would try to get the manufacturer and the distributer to cover the costs. 4 weeks later, I had to call again (because Argent doesn't know how to update their customers apparently), and was told it would be another two weeks at least. Robyn informed me the manufacturer, distributer, nor Argent would cover the parts or labor for the piece.

All to say, I've wasted my time dealing with this incompetent company. There hasn't been one bright spot: their units, the installation, and the people are all faulty, incompetent, and rude at best. Don't waste your time! Seek HVAC services elsewhere!
