They got the job done. It took them 3 trips, but it was a warranty repair so I was ok with that. The techs were professional and knowledgeable. One star taken away because when I talked to the scheduler, about the issue with my attic furnace, I told him that it appeared the ignitor was bad and I gave him the furnace make and model number and requested he pass the info to the tech coming to repair the furnace so he has the correct ignitor.

He assured me they have plenty of ignitors. Well, you can guess what happened. yup, he did not have the correct ignitor. That required 2 more nights without heat in the upstairs. Another tech came, replaced the ignitor and discovered that the circuit board was also bad, which required another day to get the new board and they installed it the next day. Rick was great and got the job done. I would call them again to work on my equipment.

It not usual that i would rate a company badly based on a driver of one of their vans but what he did was not only dangerous but outright rude. Thus afternoon (July 13) there was a minor accident on 15N. Lanes on the right were closed. People were trying to get over but your driver pushed ahead very close to the bumper of the car in front refusing to let people in.

He not only caused more traffic he almost hit the front of my car all the giving a truly nasty look. He needs to learn how to drive and if he represents your company, i will never use your services.

I had a great experience with this store. They had most of items that I needed in stock, and had comparable price with internet stores. Emplyees were pretty nice and great to deal with. The check out process is a little bit slower for retail customers, but considering when many of the stores near by won't deal with retail customers at all, it's not a big deal. Definitely recommended.

At Boland, Jerry (the service manager) takes pride in being the most expensive company around, him and his techs will tell you straight to your face and yet they'll show up without a ladder to work on your 20 feet high roof. $190 per hour + $50 truck. So they will charge you an extra $50 for the "truck" (which is unheard of, what's the alternative?

They show up on a Uber?) and not only they didn't carry a ladder but they didn't even have the proper tools. Right before leaving the tech broke a wire, luckily I noticed that the unit wasn't coming back on, I pointed it out and he told me he'd charge me to fix it. When asked to bring the proper tool the tech told me he could buy one for me, charge me and then I could keep it. Should've been a comedian.
