Keith and his team were nothing short of great! Our entire HVAC system went out and Keith was referred to me by one of my co-workers. I reached out to Keith and within 24 hours he was at our house looking at our unit where other contractors I reached out to did not get back in contact with me for longer than 24 hours. Keith also used a superior HVAC system in comparison to the competition.

Not only was Keith and his team on time, they were very professional, and worked overtime to make sure the job was done right. Keith was also gave us an honest opinion about a service for our AC that ultimately saved us $500. We recommend him to everyone will be utilizing Keith and his services moving forward!

I had 2 a/c units go down over the weekend. I got an honest answer about the work load that they had lined up for Monday but they said they would try to squeeze me in to at least check on the issues I was having and work may not be able to be done on Tuesday. With the crazy heat I was expecting that. Well by 12:30 Keith was at my house with an installer and a young man in training.

They figured out the problems and replaced 3 parts ( between 2 units) and now I have A/C again. The service was prompt, honest, professional and a fair price as well. I now know who to call for my A/C or heat issues. Thanks to the young man for learning a trade.we need people who know how to fix things and Keith, thanks to you and your crew for fast, friendly service while training someone in this heat.

I just had my HVAC replaced by Keith's Professional Service and I couldn't be happier! Keith and his crew were very professional and respectful during the 3 day installation period. They all took the time to answer any questions I had. They were always on time and always picked up after themselves at the end of the work day. Keith and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fair in the services they performed. Keith went out of his way in diagnosing the issue so that when he returned to do the repair he had everything he needed and did not do work that was unnecessary. I had a bad gas valve and ignition switch. They diagnosed the issue, got the parts and had me up and running in less than 24 hours. If you want a good job from nice guys, call Keith.

Would like to post a shout-out for Keith's Professional Service. During this cold weather our heat became inoperable. Keith responded immediately even though it was after hours. He's done work for us the past seven/eight years and always does a great job. Highly recommend him for AC, heating and water heater work.

Within a few hours of a call he had his techs here, walking me through the situation and fixed it with a clear understanding of the total cost. He's not cheap but good work done right never is. Keith put in a new HVAC system for me years ago and has provided me exceptional customer service ever since, including recovery from the effects of major water damage last year. When every other contractor and professional I had to deal with just made matters worse or tried to take advantage, Keith went above and beyond to provide support and make. sure my HVAC system was working and I was a happy customer. Keith cares about his customers and has the skills needed to do the job. He even welded a sound dissipator on a line IN my wall that was vibrating horribly (due to another contractor's incompetence).
