I know its late in the year, but October always has a few hotspots. My compressor went out on my property during one of those hot spots. I have used DiMare for nearly all my AC problems (and I will address nearly in a minute). While I was looking after another service members house, Randy and crew came out in the middle of summer, crawled into that attic, and did a pan swap out when it cracked.

Completely courteous, completely professional, and diagnostics debriefing on a level even my wife can understand. Their thoroughness is above reproach. After I had my compressor installed, they found the main issue for failure: another "technician" had installed a part incorrectly that lead to my compressor failure. I highly recommend them in the future for everyone and they will be my first choice for all my AC and HVAC needs! Thanks again guys!

After researching to see what would be the best heating and ac company to use, I decided to do some research and I must admit I'm so glad that I do my research on companies and people. After looking the business up on Facebook and Google I've noticed some very nasty negative remarks made from this man. I did not like what I saw I was very offended and i would feel like a fool if I were to give this man any of my money. Some one with a business like this I was very surprised that he said those things and his name is in his business. Very bad for business. Do better sir.

I had Mr Dimare at my home on several service calls. I find him friendly, explains what needs to be done and gives sound advice. On every occasion he did a fine job, Very knowledgeable and his final bill was less than I thought it would be. I found other companies to charge way more. I have his number in my cell and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends.
