Gary and Brett came to assess my duct work. They were on time and very efficient. They explained what was going on with my system and showed me what needed to be done. They broke down what was needed and the cost. They were very professional! They went above and beyond. They were very courteous. I will definitely use them again when they come back to repair my system! Thank you!

Roberto and Zach just finished up a job at my mom's house. they were on time with the appointment that was made. EXTREMELY professional and very nice. You can tell they are happily employed also. The work they performed was no easy task I must say, and they did it very nicely and extremely NEAT. Thanks one hour heating and air! I HIGHLY recommend them for any AC/HEAT work. Fantastic job guys.

Zak Mayo, our repairman, was all around awesome! He arrived promptly, was very thorough, and quite honest in describing the repair options and pricing. There was no pressuring us to go with the highest cost repairs or buy a new system. What was truly amazing is that I called this business and they appeared in an hour or two on the same day and completed the repairs the same afternoon! They replaced a motor and two capacitors and performed a thorough inspection and assessment of our system. The AC is nice and COLD now at 66 degrees. Thank you Zak!

The whole team was outstanding. Nottie was awesome servicing my original system, unfortunately due to R-22 phase out my 34 yr old system required replacement. Manny was professional and not pushy at all when he quoted me a new installation and he even pointed out some areas on my furnace that were not previously repaired correctly by another company (through my home warranty company).
The installation team of Daniel and Roberto were friendly and their workmanship was outstanding. I appreciated their use of the lock out/tag out on my breaker panel for their safety. Overall I'm really impressed with One Hour and glad I became a comfort club member

The 1hr service rep came over on time and quickly went to work. He performed all the required maintenance and tune up for my home system as needed, while making notes on any other services that would affect its effectiveness. Afterwards, he provided me a detailed list of the work completed and any additional work that should be performed to maintain peak efficiency.
The service rep explained everything that was accomplished and ranked the areas that needed attention. We agreed that one part was needed to be taken care of and the best part was that it was very cost effective. All in all, my service technician did a fantastic job without any supervision and saved me money in the long run. It is great to see that 1 Hour remains committed to quality customer service.

They are quick to help, last year after my system broke. Took advantage of the deal and replaced my old with a new system. The company is no joke just like there commercial says, "Always on time or you don't pay a dime." They are very prompt which I like and value. Today was our 1 year maintenance and our tech Joe was great. Very professional, down to earth dude. I liked One Hour so much I referred my Mother in-law and she upgraded her system with One Hour as well.

Kevin did an amazing job. He explained everything to me to where I can understand and not just technical terms. Very professional and knowledgeable. And the fact he was a NY Giants fan made my wife happy. Customer service has been top notch and he was a great representation of the company. He deserves a bonus or a raise, probably both! Great job

I can't say enough about how great this experience has been with One Hour. Right from the start, you could tell it was going to be a different experience from other HVAC companies. Manny spent an hour measuring, checking old equipment and then explaining everything in an understandable way. The installation crew was fantastic, they kept the house clean with drop clothes for everywhere that they were walking and cleaned up after done. All in all, a great experience!

Luke B. and his assistant, Justin, were extremely professional, competent, polite, and considerate in thoroughly explaining every detail that had been checked with my heating/ac system. I appreciated their time spent in going through each item in easy to understand language. There was no pressure exhibited in mandatory repairs in Luke's assessment of my system. Both young men are truly an asset to your organization.

My advisor was able to show up early. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, I felt he was very honest and did not try to upset me on more than I needed. I was shocked to know my install can be done the next day. Chris Kitchen did a really good job and made the experience less stressful that I expected it to be. They were very easy to work with and get the right day for them to come out. We were having insulation done in the attic that their service tech could not be performing work. Once the tech arrived he was very polite and professional the entire time. Willing to answer questions and explain what he was doing and why things failed. Would definitely call this business back for HVAC issues and recommend them to anyone.

The customer service rep, Brittany, was helpful & kept me in the loop for the exact time frame. She was even able to get an earlier time. Angela, the tech who came to do my troubleshoot & repair was excellent. She made sure to not only FIX the issue, but she was also determine to identify the cause of the issue. She was courteous, professional & knowledgable. This was in the midst of our recent snow and timing was important as the temp dropped.

I noticed the house would not warm up. There was no air coming from the vents; the thermostat showed the aux heat was on and the system powered up, yet the heat pump was off. I figured it was an air handler issue; I tried to turn the fan on. It wouldn't, not good with the cold temperatures right now. So I called One Hour and they set up an appointment for me the next day.
They called me at about 2000; the same day I called to make the appointment, to say a tech was in the area and asked if I'd like them to stop by. Cold house, no heat, no brainer. Sure, come by I said. The tech arrived at the house, I think it was around 2030. He introduced himself and I explained what was going on. The tech went upstairs to the attic to inspect the air handler.
Some time later, he came back downstairs with photos and a video of the problem. The blower motor was seizing and shorted. He explained that the main office was trying to locate a replacement for the unit. It turned out they were not going to be able to get the parts that night, so he'd make a follow up appointment for me and come as soon as the part arrived.
This was about 2200. I said thank you; I assumed no parts available at that time of night. I received a call about 12 minutes later saying the warehouse in VA Beach has the part. The technician can go pick it up, return, and install it if we want him to. Mind you, the wife is next to me listening, shaking her head up and down, saying yes. He arrived around 2312 after picking up the part.
He went upstairs, removed and replaced the shorted part. He was done by about 1206. The technician was upbeat, professional, and polite; they always are anytime I see them. We have heat, happy wife, happy life. All ends well. Thank you Joshua.

I had my semi annual comfort club appointment with tech Andrew Sabatino. He was extremely professional and how he conducted himself throughout the process. He explained everything to me so that I could easily understand and recommended services or products in a straightforward manner. He was a good sport working around my dogs and never showed any signs of frustrations with them. He is a true asset to the company and he has a promising career ahead of them in this industry. Five star service!

We had a furnace and AC installed in September of 2020. Oct of 2021 we experienced no heat coming from the furnace. The first technician came to our house, but could not replicate/diagnose the problem. He assured us the system was operable and charged us the $70.00 dollar diagnostic fee. That same evening our furnace would again not ignite, so we called them back.
The woman we spoke with was utterly rude, had no estimate of when anyone would be available to come back to our house. Granted, we pay into the "comfort club", and had paid the technician earlier that day. This apparently did not matter to them. We finally got a call back the following day. They sent the same technician who again, could not resolve the problem and wanted another $70.00 diagnostic fee.
We refused to pay. Long story short, it took two more technicians on two separate days to come out to diagnose the problem. Bad gas valve. $398.00 later, plus the initial $70.00 diagnostic fee, and a couple 54 degree nights in our house, and the problem was resolved. We were 1 month out of our parts+labor warranty on a brand new system, but that doesn't matter to this company.
They will not work with you. The final technician even admitted he'd never seen a gas valve go out on a system this new. But we got stuck with the $470.00 bill and 3 days off of work. Good times.

I joined the One Hour Club last year to save a few bucks on a repair bill. I thought the cost at the time about 12 dollars a month would hardly be missed. They promised a professional cleaning and check up at least twice a year. Got my first appointment made for the check up and Rob showed up yesterday to do the work. I was absolutely floored by the entire process.
To begin he was extremely professional and went over the things he intended to do. He also asked if I had experienced any issues that might need extra attention. He then tore into my unit with the skill of a piano tuner and cleaned and inspected every square inch. We had quite a crowd of family over and everyone was admiring the way he polished my machine to a like new condition. They all thought I was spending a fortune and couldn't believe the price until I shared the bill. All 000 zeroes. Thanks Rob and One Hour for the expressive job!
