Ronnie Fritts repaired leaky gas shutoffs to the stove and heater. He was fantastic! He set our expectations appropriately about the possibility of permits being required before gas was restored. He went above and beyond by assisting with getting the gas company to turn on the gas. He executed his work efficiently and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ron's Plumbing.

Ron personally came out to service my parents bathtub. The hot water handle had broken causing water to spray everywhere, my parents had to turn the hot water off at the water heater. They were having to go without hot water as their landlord does not like to fix anything. Both of my parents are on disability and my father has stage 4 cancer, this has made finances very tight for them. After explaining the situation to Ron he fixed the issue and worked with us on the cost. He was truly a blessing to my family. Thank you all so much.

Previous AC service company was trying to replace half my air conditioner. Bubba showed up, taped the plenum chamber, and saved me a minimum of $800 on the job. Other guys were pitching a new system.

Great place for customers but worse place to work out of the 11 employees only 3 have no ties to the family the employees are great but i think the management has there priorities mixed up instead of putting money back into failing equipment or the employees they use there money on rent houses. I'm not one to say how to spend your money but come on you've had employees there that have worked for 7 years plus with no raise. And if you don't know how to teach yourself forget trying to learn anything

They were recommended by the previous homeowner. I had a leak and didn't know where it was coming from and they were able figure out it was a simple repair then took care of the issue and didn't take advantage of me.

Worst plumber ever. They told my landlord the reason for my shower leak was due to me screwing the handle too tight and improperly installing my shower head. Called another plumber and he replaced the defective washers that was causing the leak.

Terrible service! Bait and switch! They quoted me $2500 then $99/ hr the second day saying they need to tear up the concrete to get to a pipe. I paid the $2500 up front so they could start the work. When they got there, they went through the wall to fix the problem. I asked questions and all they have is silence. They won't evem respond to me. Don't trust them.

I have used Ron's many times over the years. I can't say enough good things about them. Wayne is a genius. For the last 10 years my garage door has been turning on and off. Wayne figured it out in about three minutes. He also fixed the toilet, fixed my heater, and replaced fluorescent lights in my garage that were outdated and burned out.

All in record time for a fair price. Not only is he smart, but he is all business and I really like that. He comes in, gets to work and gets the job done. You couldn't ask for anymore.

This place has completely fallen off the cliff now that Steven has left. I scheduled service on a Monday to remove shower handle so I could replace brass escutcheon, which I found on Ebay. I took entire day day off but no one showed up so I called around 4:30 & guy said technician was running late; didn't show up until 7PM. He ended up spending about 20 minutes or so to replace a $20 cartridge & charged me $205.

I spoke with owner a few days later & he basically said it's standard for them to mark up parts. $100 for $20 part is unacceptable. Will never use this company for anything in future.

Bathrooms clogged up all of a sudden Wednesday night. Tried everything from snake to cleaner to plunging and nothing would work. Called one of the places I found on google to get an estimate and came out to give an estimate and was extremely high. Had seen the reviews for Ron's on yelp and gave them a call. They were able to give a price over the phone before scheduling the appointment which was great.

The guys appeared and were done in less than 5 minutes and was more than 50% less than the first company. Very knowledgable and polite. Both guys were extremely professional and offers a 30 day guarantee on their work. HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for work needing done. Fast, local, and professional all in 1.

We had them out to fix our AC. Bubba was a little late, but he called and let us know he was going to be well ahead of time, so we didn't sit waiting around. Then he let us know again 30 minutes before he came so we could meet him. He fixed the a/c, and at a fair price. No complaints.

These guys are now 5 of 5 in my book. Had them out to clear out my drain. In and out in no time. Always have the correct diagnosis. I've had them do tub repair and sink maintenance. Very happy with their work, prices and knowledge. CS was good too. Got a phone call, and an estimated arrival time, which they met. That sure makes scheduling my day easier.

To update info by a previous reviewer. They do not give free estimates. That is misleading. They charge $99 just to walk on the property and see what your problem is. They will then tell you, "for free" what the cost to replace your AC is. I also saw they say they have 24/7 service. Yet when I called in the afternoon, they wouldn't have anyone available until the next day, after two other homes were repaired.

Not even a guarantee of what time a service man would arrive. I'm left hanging and not impressed with this company at all. Ron, be honest and don't act like you'll fix my leak at 3 am if your guys only work from 9-5.

We had developed a mysterious leak, and that was all we knew. The guys from Ron's arrived promptly, were able to quickly diagnose the problem, and get it fixed. They were professional and the price was reasonable.

Deep roots I started seeing my water drain a bit slower after the holidays. I knew what that meant, my big beautiful trees were putting in roots into my drains. My previous experience with a plumber had been less than great so I started the dreaded search for a new local one on Yelp. It was there that I saw a familiar face, Marilyn M., I knew I could trust her.

I called Ron's and before the first ring was over, a live person was on the phone. I told her I needed some roots rooted. She explained that the cost would be $99.50 for an hour and if it took longer than 1 hour it would be $149.50. I was hesitant, I worried if this was a bait & switch, but she followed with don't worry it' almost always less than an hour.

I said okay let's make an appointment, it was 10 am and she said, we can be there about 11 am. 15 mins before 11, I had a knock on the door, Steven introduced himself and said don't worry we will get this taken care of in no time. 20 mins later all roots were shredded and they were putting their things back in the van. This is my first review! The plumbers just left my house - it is about 8pm - 22 degrees - and the problem I had was with the water connections to my washer in my unheated garage. The main plumber was courteous and knowledgeable. He found the issue/s and got to work right away. The assistant plumber even cleaned everything up prior to leaving. When I called to make the appt the person who answered was also very courteous, however, alerted me that they may not make it out today.

But they did in this bad weather with bad roads and had to work in my cold garage. And they did not charge me a crazy rate. It was a fair price for the work done and the time they were at my house. I am relieved to have a very good experience.
