These guys are awesome! The level of service, knowledge and friendliness is what truly sets them apart. They actually listen to you and do their absolute best to make sure you're a satisfied customer. Travis came and diagnosed my A/C issue and made the necessary repairs. Even taking a little time after that, to make sure the system was working properly. The staff that I talked to leading up to my appt (and after) were equally as amazing! As long as I'm a home owner it'll be Andy Lewis that I use no question!

Service was good. I was charged $184 to locate the issue; a chaffed wire causing a short, which is reasonable. However, I was charged $200 for the "fix", which took less than 30 minutes and amounted to the technician simply taping the shorted wire and pulling on it a little to get some slack. I consider this to be an over-charge for the work done, and I would expect Andy Lewis to rectify this charge before I would consider calling Andy Lewis again for future HVAC service. Omar arrived on time and provided excellent services for our seasonal maintenance for the AC system. Price was on par with other HVAC company's. Salesman was great, installers are ok, watch if you have basement because I had to over see the install, they started doing a sloppy job with pvc pipes for furnace and left natural gas leak which they had to resolve the next day. Overall I'm happy with there service, but they could use some training

We could not get our heating unit to raise the temperature above 65 degrees in our newly constructed home after a week of performing fine. Trey came right out and made a quick diagnosis and cleaned some debris from a pipe and screen. Works great now. Also took the time to make sure it worked correctly and helped us with the thermostat which we did not want programmed for our purposes. Quick and efficient made our life much easier.

Trey could not have been more pleasant, professional, friendly or reassuring when he came to hook up our dryer vent! There were several modifications made to the HVAC system of the home we just bought. What we thought was going to be a simple damper issue is actually much more extensive. The tech who came was exceedingly thorough and knowledgeable and professional. He spent almost 2 hours just investigating and taking photos, calling other people for feedback and trying to get floor plans. In the end, all I was charged was a diagnostic fee of $85. They will come back next week with a thorough presentation of what needs to get done. I'm super impressed.

Kevin performed system evaluation and proposal for new HVAC system. He was very professional and detailed oriented to include physical and functional sizing of the system for my house. He also provided recommendations and options for my consideration which I really appreciated. He didn't just push what was in stock but was looking for the best fit. This company did the install for my unit, so I decided to reach out to them first when our heat wouldn't turn on two nights ago. My first call was answered by an after-hours service, but I had no clue about that until calling back two hours later to verify that someone was coming out to check on our unit that day and being told they hadn't gotten a chance to call me back yet.

I was then told that the first available appointment for a technician to come out would be six days out- are you kidding me? I even told the woman on the phone that it was currently 64 degrees in my home and that I had small children and all I got was an insincere "I'm sorry", take-it-or-leave-it response. The second company that I called was able to fit me in the same day and their technician diagnosed our problem as nothing to do with our unit, but a pipe that wasn't draining properly due to the installation.

Apparently over time, this specific pipe was slowly able to do the job, but now needs to cleaned out and repaired. This second company offered to do the work, but we wanted a chance to speak with Andy Lewis since they did the install. I called first thing this morning and was transferred to the warranty department, where I was told that my two year warranty had expired not quite six weeks ago and they would still be charging for THEIR mistake.

When I asked why, since this was clearly their fault, she then told me, "well, it hasn't had any problems in the last two years". After that response, I have no wish to ever use this company. Who's to say they'd come out and even fix their problem the right way this time? I don't understand why this company has such high ratings, because I would give it negative stars if I could.

I have always been satisfied with the service that I receive from Andy Lewis heating and Air conditioning. They have always been very thorough and explain what they are doing. My technicians Bryan and Travis were extremely courteous, professional and accommodating.

Very very upset because I was told that there was a charge for service. I payed for a service contract but still was changed $40.00! Terrible way to do business

Yesterday June 23 I was scheduled for routine maintenance and couldn't have been more impressed with technicians Chris and Quaide. Both gentlemen were extremely respectful and knowledgeable. Had to replace items that were worn and not performing up to standard. No pressure, just good advise as it is the beginning of summer and I felt it would be. foolish to prolong the inevitable.

This was completed without delay same day. Chris and Quaide answered all my questions sufficiently. Have been with this company for quite a few years and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Dianne D.
