Zach was on-time and very respectful. We have a dog and cat in the house, and Zach was very aware of helping me not let the animals get out as he was going in and out of the house. Zach was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem (Blower Motor quit working). The total bill was exactly the price he quoted, and he was able to get our heat back up and running quickly. I would highly recommend using Advantage Heating and Air and plan to use them in the future.

Derick explained several options on the telephone, before I committed to service call. He was extremely professional and courteous both on the phone and when he arrived. Assessed my problem, provided an immediate fix that he clearly explained was probably temporary, but effective. I will definitely continue to used Advantage in the future for both repairs and any replacement equipment when required. Could not have been happier with how we were treated.

After another company convinced me it would take thousands of dollars to keep my AC running, these guys came out within a day, and had me running great for less than $100.

I had another company come out and check my AC and he told us the part and the quote seemed high. I called advantage and they came looked at the unit and the part that was first quoted didn't exist! Advantage fixed the problem very quickly and charged alot less! Will be returning!!

I had such a nice experience. I called and talked to an actual person right away. My heater stopped working in the night and they were able to help same day. My appointment was moved up also thankfully. The hearing and air technician, Derick, was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and fix it quickly. We've used Advantage a few times now over the years and have always been impressed. They've always responded quickly and at a good price.

Advantage was able to get me on their schedule for the very next morning after I called. Zack was here on time and was very professional. He was thorough in his inspection to find the source of the problem and took pictures of the ductwork in the crawl space to show me. He quickly fixed the problem and the service fee was very reasonable.

Zack was helpful, pleasant and even early! He explained everything about our heating and cooling system. Also during this crazy time he wore a mask the whole time. Very impressed!

Two weeks shy of the 5 year anniversary of buying our home and we finally have our first fire in our fireplace! Jason, Wynn and Hunter were awesome to work with and very professional. I feel they cared enough to install the gas fireplace as they would have in their own homes! I was very surprised when I got the call from Jason telling me that he could grant my wife's birthday wish to have a fire in the fireplace before Christmas Day which is also her birthday.
