We had to completely replace all the plumbing on our slab house. Mike and Keagan were hands down the best plumbers to have on the job. Throughout this stressful situation, they kept us calm and reassured us that they will get it fixed for us. We had to call QPH again for an emergency call, and mike went above and beyond helping us get the problem fixed and our house up and running. We are truly impressed with Mike and Keagans work ethic and professionalism. Thank you guys so much!

We have an old farm house that we are 3rd generation here. The plumbing has been pieced in since 1942. Everything in our house was backing up except our toilet thank God. However we couldn't use anything in our kitchen (sink, dishwasher and clothes washer which is brand new). Our shower was VERY slow to drain. We needed a whole new repipe of our plumbing.

They sent their estimator out right away. They gave us a good quote and we decided to use them. They got us on the schedule very quickly. The guys were great that came to do the work! Very polite and worked quickly. It was a 2 day job. Everything works fantastic now. We couldn't be happier with QPH. They even had Hoosier Beef drop off at thank you gift of an assortment of Beef products! Excellent service!

After being taken advantage of by one local business and being totally dismissed by another local business, when I called QPH, they got me right on their schedule. They sent out a service man who pumped out my crawl space and installed a new sump pump. He then came back the next day when conditions were a little dryer to install and repair some of my duct work. He explained everything, told me my different options and never treated me with anything but kindness and respect.

QPH helped assist in finding a water leak, and repairing the damaged pipe as well as fixing our duct work that the water leak caused. From start to finish Sam and his team were more than accommodating to our families needs and fixed everything in a timely and efficiently way. We would certainly recommend QPH to anyone plumbing or HVAC work.

Last night, when I got home from work, I noticed our house felt warm (it was over 85 degrees outside!). I immediately called Sam V. at QPH and said our central air conditioner was not working properly and he suggested a few things I could do myself to see if that was the problem, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, none of those quick fixes helped.

I got back with Sam and he said he would try to get someone out to fix it the next day. Bottom line; Mike, a very professional and courteous tech was at our house at 9:30 a.m.! One hour later our air conditioning was fixed and working like new! You talk about quick and professional service! They NEVER disappoint. I would recommend QPH to anyone. Travis gave us a very competitive quote and scheduled our installation soon thereafter. He was conscientious and efficient as were those on the crew that came to do the work. They finished in one day and left everything better than they found it. The office called later to check on our satisfaction and went above and beyond to inform us about a utility credit which they filed for us.

Mike was the most personable contractor I have encountered in a long time. He was passionate about the quality of his work and went above and beyond to provide optimal service. Mike was in my home for 3.5 days. He maintained an upbeat personality the entire time and communicated his thoughts and ideas to ensure that we were fully satisfied with our new HVAC System.

I also observed Mike train 2 other workers in a professional manner with strong, positive communication. I would highly recommend this company and I believe that Mike is a strong asset. I called QPH to replace a leaking kitchen faucet for my parents. The office staff was very friendly and accommodated my scheduling needs to have the work completed. Travis met me at their home exactly when he said he would. He was professional and friendly. Super nice guy and he did a great job! Thank you!

After a couple years in my home it was time to invest in my comfort and remove baseboard heaters and 1972 A/C and convert to a single forced air heat and cooling system. Other vendors tried to sell me multiple units but Sam from QPH listened to my needs and was great in identifying options that provided maximum value with no requirement to turn the install of a new heat pump (with electric coil back up) into a construction project. Mike and Tyler performed demo and install and couldn't have been more conscientious and helpful.

Because I was home for most of project I witnessed their efficiency, technical skills and problem solving and couldn't have higher regard that they are "Best in Field!" Mike was especially instructive with me and brought me up into the attic during every phase to advise on progress. This made me an eye-witness to the extreme high "QUALITY" in the company's name! Mike went above and beyond when noting some concerning electrical safety issues and I was able to get them resolved next day and complete the entire project with the confidence of being up to code and safe! Mike even came back after hours to instruct me in programming the thermostat and has checked on me several times!

The QPH Team were equally as enjoyable as waking up or coming home to warmth that I finally trust to be throughout the home. No more room-to-room shuffle to dial adjust all baseboard heater stats based on outside temp and wind direction. My thanks to the Team and all at Quality Plumbing and Heating!
