I am pleased with the service I received from Bryant today. Sean, the tech that came out was very nice, knowledgeable and honest. He replaced the AC motor and did a thorough check before and after to make sure that is what was needed since I wanted to make sure and to ensure things were running smoothly afterwards. Thanks Sean! Also would like to thank Shawn C and Jeff. They came out previously and helped determine the problem and order the correct part that was needed.

I called Bryant after I noticed I could not access my filter in the new HVAC system they installed due to a system drain pipe blocking the passage. Josh came out and immediately assessed the problem, corrected it quickly and even noticed that the drain pipe did not have an emergency shut off switch. He installed one and instructed me on how to keep the pipe clean with vinegar and water to avoid possible mold buildup. I appreciated his knowledgeable tips and quick and friendly service.

We've been customer of Bryant for several years. Recently had new furnace installed-we had an issue with the thermostat-Josh Collier, Master Technician Supervisor came out and fixed it. He went above and beyond taking extra time to ensure we understood how to program the unit and answered every question we had. Truly outstanding service. Thank you Josh!

After dealing with rude customer service representatives from the company who installed our original unit, I received the best response and help from the entire team at Bryant. From first call to diagnosis to finale repair they were all wonderful. Even though a 2 to 4 hour job turned into over 13 hours, they were dedicated to finish and not leave us without our A/C another night! No matter the issue we will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you all for your polite, professional, and diligent service!

These guys were AWESOME. What should have been a 2 to 4 hour job, ended up being a 13 hour job. But they didn't give up until they were finished. Different issues came up but they fixed them. We called Bryant about a message we were receiving on our thermostat Saturday evening. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely pet pleasant and courteous. She made every effort to schedule us at our convenience. They could send a technician as early as the next afternoon but since it was not urgent and it was Easter Sunday we opted for a Monday visit. Technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part.
He told us it would be 2 to 3 days when the part came in. However we received a call on Tuesday after the tech visit on Monday saying that they could have someone out that afternoon to complete the repair. The tech arrived on time, completed the job, was courteous respectful of our property, efficient.

My furnace and AC unit and was 19 years old. My water heater was 12 years old. Mr. Tim, don't know his last name, however, presented himself as a person who works as a salary person and does all the training at Bryant. After my furnace some what's went out, he suggested it be replaced. He also suggested to save money, to replace all the stuff. Which I agreed because at some point it was gonna go out because of the age.
After we talked and he made me feel like I could trust him, because he talked a lot about him having 5 daughter and his wife is a CPA and all this about saving money and getting good quality products for the future. Talk about this stuff because I'm about to have a daughter myself. I asked him, because of pricing, should I get a second opinion. He assured me that I was making a good decision for what I was getting.
So I did it. $14,000 dollars for everything. Later I got a second opinion on how much those products would have been to replace through the other people. 7k less. Moral of the story, don't trust Bryant heating and cooling and get a second opinion. The products are great don't get me wrong, but they are literally out here getting over on people.

Thank you for being thorough with the inspection before installing our air filter. The technician Mr. David Duncan was professional and also came to our resident with wearing all the proper attire including wearing a disposable booties and face mask. He also explained to me what can be done in the future to make sure we have a good air quality in our home.
It is nice to know that Bryant have an employee that is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. Thank you again for providing an excellent service.

We have had issues with the NEW heating unit Bryant installed since day one. Three different days three different technicians came out to install the unit "correctly". It's been about 1.5 years and have had multiple issues since. Would never use Bryant again. Thank you for your response. Our issues have actually not been fixed and we are trying again to get ahold of someone to come out to the house. Apparently you all are busy planning holiday celebrations and unable to contact us.

This company is top notch! Every technician I have had in our home has been nice, knowledgeable and professional! We had Electrician Chuck and two other electricians from Bryant in our home today and wow did they do an amazing job! All three were super nice and did a beautiful job with our kitchen recessed lights! They cleaned everything up after they finished! What an asset these guys are to your company! Absolute worst company I've ever used. In the past two years, they have been out to my house 11 times. Each time I'm given a 3-hour window of when they will show, but sometimes it takes an hour past that. I wouldn't continue using them, but it's my landlord's choice. They aren't timely, or helpful. Replaced the thermostat last year, it didn't work, and charged again to replace it this year. Highly recommend choosing another company for your heating services.

Bryant installed a new furnace for us and exactly one week later our Carbon Monoxide detector started beeping. It is plugged into an electrical outlet. I was not sure who to call. I called the non emergency fire number twice and got no answer. Thinking about the new furnace, I called Bryant just to see if they could tell me who I should call. She suggested my propane company, who did not answer. Bryant called me back in a few minutes to ask if I reached help and told me they were sending someone out to check it.
Although we still don't know why the detector was beeping, I believe Bryant went above and beyond in doing this. The gentleman they sent was very thorough in checking the house even though it was late evening. We felt safe after he was here. I have seen first hand what that can do while people sleep. Thank you so much Bryant and also the gentleman you sent out.

Personnel very knowledgeable and courteous. Left their work areas clean. I requested they wear masks and both Tyler and his assistant ( sorry forgot his name) were most willing. I love to ask questions and Tyler pretty much gave me a tutorial of each step of his work. I would highly recommend Bryant, especially if they send Tyler!

Bryant is very reliable and for this service call they arrived on the same day we called for seasonal fall/winter services and some repairs. Their helpful technician was able to diagnose a few problems (no more or no less than we expected) and give us a cost estimate for repairs that ended up being exactly how much we were charged when the work was done.

Zak & Matt were very friendly, & professional. They arrived & knocked on the door, & after asking where the fuse box was, they went straight to work. They answered any questions I had and worked very hard until they were done. They then asked me to come out & inspect their work, before they presented us with the bill. Zak then explained everything in detail that they had done, & also explained our warranty & then had us sign off on their work. Very nice young men. I would recommend these two young men for any furnace install work needed.

They were fast and efficient. They arrived within an hour of our calling to diagnose the issue with our heat. The service call fee was reasonable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and were able to order the part. They ordered it on a Friday and we're back on Monday to install it. Both technicians were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Bryant installed my heating system in 2008. They installed a heat pump in 2019. I have always had very quick response when needing a check-up or maintenance. Their technicians are knowledgeable and explain what they are doing to the system. Recently (Aug 2021) I had found out the control board needed replacing in my furnace. I was without A/C for almost 3 weeks due to a part shortage, not their fault.
As soon as it was known (Sep 2021) the part would arrive, they called to set up an install appointment. What I don't appreciate is the cost of labor. For being a customer for so long, prior military and a senior citizen, it would have been nice to receive a discount on the extremely exorbitant labor cost for an hour of work and a 10-minute job to install the part.
I guess I didn't express myself loudly enough. I did my research. The part was a couple hundred dollars. The labor was 5X that amount. Not that I could have bought it and installed it myself; therefore, I did not have a choice but to have it professionally installed. But to charge that amount for labor is ridiculous. Be aware.
