Jack Frost Heating and Air

First time customer (and forever customer now) here! We were having issues with our heating unit and were worried we had a gas leak. I called Jack Frost, and they had someone sent out the same day. Rich was the technician that came out, and he was amazing! He educated me on things to look for, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease about what was going on. A huge thank you to the entire team for getting this very worried homeowner help right away, and being so kind through the process!

From the planning to the completion of the installation of our new AC, furnace and WH they did a great job and were all honest snd extremity professional. Can't say how much I appreciate this company. Called at 0700 AC went out during the night. They responded within a hour And 30 min later replaced capacitor and AC up and running. Happy wife Happy life. Thank you

We got great speedy service. We notice it was starting to get warm in the house I like my house cold Im not sure what time the AC went out it was working fine all day so it had to have gone out some time after 5 around 8ish probably as I noticed it was getting really warm around 10pm on Saturday night, We didn't think we would be able to get anyone to come out till Monday especially seeing as how Sunday was Father's day.

But Jack Frost did not disappoint they were at our home in 45 mins and had the problem fixed within an hour or so I thought for sure the bill was gonna be ridiculously high seeing as how it was after midnight and a holiday weekend. however I must admit I was shocked that it wasn't anywhere close to what I was expecting. Thank you all so much for speedy, quality service at a great price.

Their prices are way way below what others have charged me and as a local business thats small I always am happy to support them locally!!! We have been using Jack Frost for our heating and air conditioning needs for the past 20+ years. They are prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We recently replaced our air conditioner and Jack Frost only did the work needed and was able to complete the work for slightly lower than their quote. There is never any worry of a "bait and switch" gimmick with Jack Frost. They are upfront and honest. They have a high quality business and an excellent reputation that is well-deserved.

I had a great experience with Jack Frost! They penciled me in even tho they were booked up! Our AC was not cooling our home and we have a 3 month old that sleeps upstairs. They came out the day I called and fixed our issue. I felt like they actually cared about our circumstances! Call them if you need work done.

Terrible company, would not recommend to anyone! I was having issues with some of the duct work after a job they did, and getting anyone out there to look at it was a nightmare. Customer service is terrible, they just say they will call you back and never do. The repairmen are also rude and will try to sell you things you don't need. Had a second company take a look at their work, and they had cut out cardboard to block my air vents. Even cut them exactly to size. Stay away from this company. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

I am very satisfied! I called them early in the morning because our heater went out in 9° weather! Receptionist was honest and told me that they probably wouldn't get to us until late afternoon. I had mentioned to her that I am pregnant and with a 4 year old so I was going to call around to see who could get here sooner. She was VERY understanding and told me to call her to let her know if we found someone else.

I called around but everyone had the same wait. She called back within the hour and said one of the techs finished early with a job and was on his way! We live out in the country. He came here, went to get a part came back and we're all fixed up and the heater is kicking! Very reasonably priced as well! We will for sure be calling them for our next HVAC needs!
