G R Freeman has handled our heating and A/C needs for nearly 7 years since we moved back to town. They are reliable and trustworthy, and they stand by their work.

I was new to the area but my central air had started leaking all over the floor. I checked review sites and the GR Freeman website and saw that in a lot of reviews they were fixing existing units. I liked that because I didn't want to be pressured to buy a new one. I called and they came right out. My drain line was plugged up. They cleared the stoppage and flushed the line.

All fixed. Then awhile later I called them again when it was extremely hot outside. My AC wasn't keeping the house cooler than 78 degrees. They came right out and checked the Freon, the unit outside to make sure it was clean and the inside stuff. All of those were good but he said I had cold air coming out of the crawl space vents. He hooked back up three exchanges that had come undone in the crawl space.

Not only was the bill inexpensive (just $103.50) for a couple hours work, I also had a decrease in my electric bill by $100 a month! Thank you GR Freeman! I have you on speed dial now.

Our AC didn't turn on at the beginning of the summer, so we called GR Freeman. They were at our house the next day and called when the technician was on the way, so we didn't have to sit at home during the work day for a four-hour window! The technician worked efficiently, ran multiple diagnostic tests, and was able to "maintenance" our unit back to life.

I had my first appointment set up for Oct 9 between 3:30 And 4pm. There was communicating between the service tech and myself. They ended up leaving before I got home at 3:50 which the tech knew where is was. The second appointment that they reschedule for me. they never even showed up. Poor form. Would not recommend.

We started using G.R. Freeman a few years ago for both my home and office HVAC systems and they have been great. Our old AC at home was the original from 1984, and they did a very thorough job of analyzing what we needed, and they gave us a couple of good options for a new unit. We also have them service our two units at my office and we have been very pleased with their work.

G.R. Freeman was awesome. With a maintenance checkup we found out that our heater was leaking small amounts of carbon monoxide. This was on Thursday, December 5th. They were able to install a new unit today (December 6th) during the winter storm Cleon. They even called beforehand to say they might be a little late. I have found GR Freeman to be very competent and extremely responsive. Last summer, I lost my A/C on one of the hottest days of the year right before an important meeting for 40 people. GRF came out promptly and resolved my problem immediately. I give them my highest recommendation.
