So, I waited 8 months to post a review because I wanted to give my a/c system a break in period. All has been perfect since a very hot July, 2019. Mr. Crosby came out and found our issues. A/C units aren't cheap, no matter who installs them. It's really about how the company takes care of you. Well they did awesome. I highly recommend Crosby!

My recent experience was disappointing. I emailed them about it, asking for a response, but I was ignored, so I'm writing this review. My outside condenser fan was replaced, and the new wires are now taped and zip-tied to the outside of the external fan grid. Screws were left sticking up a half inch or more, so anybody who just happens to rub their hand across the grid might rip their skin open. This is too unsightly to be considered a professional job.

Terrible experience! They were dispatched by my home warranty service to fix our ac. They even accepted the claim! Then they tell us that the amount due was five times more than the copay with my warranty company. When pressed about it, they said they were no longer accepting work from the warranty company. In talking with my warranty company, the company l, as well as myself, wondered why they accepted the claim if they were "no longer accepting work from the warranty company." I understand you may not want to do work with warranty companies, but if that is the case, why accept a claim you did not have to accept! My warranty company is dropping them as a vendor and will not allow them to rebid in the future!

Our AC went out of Friday night, August 18, 2017. 100 degree temperatures and we need relief fast! We call Crosby & Co. Saturday morning and their man on call, Patrick, came out and had us up and running by 2:30pm. I received a call on Monday to make sure our AC was cooling well and it was. Great company, great service and an excellent value!

I just want to say how awesome this company is. I called them needing help and info on basic maintenance of our HVAC unit. The previous home owners had left no info regarding the HVAC and I had never seen this particular set up. They walked me through it, over the phone, to trouble shoot and find where the stupid air filter was hidden. Cary Crosby spoke with me.
I was able to send him pictures over the phone and he explained everything to me. He didn't try to sell me a visit or anything, just helped me get it done. I definitely will be looking into their maintenance plan now! Thank you Cary, you saved my sanity today.

I had to call Crosby and Company yesterday do to my unit freezing up and not running correctly. They were able to get a tech out in less than an hour and the tech, Anthony, was wonderful. I was extremely happy with the service and the treatment I received. Anthony was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning of the unit. I will always call Crosby and Company when I need work done on my unit. Thank you for the wonderful service!!

Whatever you do - DO NOT USE www.crosbyco.com for HVAC. They do not back up their work. We bought a new unit less than 3 Years ago and we have had issue after issue with this Carrier Unit. In this short amount of time they have had to replace the fan motor and now the compressor is bad. During the many service calls we've experienced technicians who have added too much refrigerant and honestly did a poor job of recognizing the real problem, which in my opinion led to the fan and compressor going out. Honestly, it has been like a 3 ring circus. The unit is under warranty for the parts but should we really have to pay $800 in labor for someone to replace the compressor when we've had a LEMON from day one!

After finding that my expensive furnace had leaked into my house causing extensive damage, Mr. Crosby came and diagnosed the problems and reinstalled the entire system. The leaking was caused by a faulty installation done by a previous company who is now out of business. He also documented the problem extensively and took photos for me for insurance purposes. This company is very responsive, competent and follows up in a friendly manner. I highly recommend Crosby and Co.
