I have used Clean Air Services several times before and have been happy with the work which is why I called to have them complete a fall servicing on my heat pump. The tech arrived on time and was polite. I was disappointed that he did not don any kind of overshoe overshoe while in the house either before or after working on the compressor unit. Additionally, and personally most importantly, he did not bring the required(?) cleaning solution to clean the outside coils.

I have asked about the solution on other servicing calls and the tech talks up the solution as a special aluminum safe cleaner. Most parts cleaners will corrode aluminum and cause leaks and coil failure. The two main functions for me to request the call were: to clean the coils and check coolant levels prior to putting the house up for sale. This tech only used water and said that unit was not that dirty.

My expectations were not met. Follow up post: J J came out to the house and apologized for the service I received a few days earlier. He informed me the tech that was here on Friday has been talked to regarding planning for service calls and keeping his van stocked with equipment and supplies. The outside unit has been cleaned and produced a measurable amount of dirt. The speed of the response was appreciated as was the follow-up house call.

JJ came exactly on time, protected my interior floor with shoe covers, was courteous and professional and did a complete inspection and cleaning, and reported the results to me. I paid on the spot with a credit card. Really, what could he have done better? GREAT COMPANY! Update 2021: They installed another HVAC vent and did a PERFECT job. Huge improvement for a reasonable price. My annual furnace checkup with cleaning of my electrostatic filter went flawlessly too. JJ even liked my dog! REALLY GREAT COMPANY.

I was experiencing a problem with my air conditioning unit. I had looked at several companies online and saw that Clean Air Systems of Louisiana had the best reviews. I called that same day and was able to get an appointment for someone to come that day. I found “Lil Mike” was very professional but also very friendly and courteous. Needless, to say our problem was solved and we are very happy with the outcome. We recommend that if are having a problem give this company a call.

Mike and his team are courteous and professional. I had the privilege of spending the day with JJ, Cody, Corey, Dakota and Mitch. I have used Clean Air systems for maintenance the last couple of years and recently to rework air vents and ductwork that was terribly installed by another company when our house was built. Clean air systems fixed our problem of almost no air getting to our bedroom and replaced a lot of cheap ductwork installed by the first company. The whole crew, from the owner to the office staff is super friendly and seem eager to please.

They are an honest company which can be somewhat difficult to find these days, but is extremely important as we are all a little worried about getting duped or ripped off. And lastly, they did great work at our house, and my neighbors, and couldn't be more pleased with the result. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

TL;DR: Mike and JJ got me a free outdoor unit Had called to troubleshoot my ac not cooling. JJ found that there was a leak and the coil needed replacing. My outdoor unit was under warranty with Goodman so they ordered the part which should have arrived in two weeks. He filled up my unit to keep our house cool while we wait on the part. Two weeks went by and Goodman dropped the ball and gave the part that was ordered to someone else. JJ and Mike kept refilling my unit for free after Goodman gave my part away while kept on getting with Goodman everyday to rectify the situation since a new part would take a while to come in due to Covid and after almost 2 months; Goodman finally gave in and got me a whole new outdoor unit. JJ just charged me the same cost as the agreed labor amount to repair the coil instead of a whole unit swap. Kept me updated on what was going on and was very responsive even on weekends when the unit need refilling. Awesome people, outstanding service! Thanks for looking out for me!

We were very impressed with the service we received today! The technicians were very kind and patient with all of the questions I had regarding our system and the maintenance. They were very punctual and finished the job in a timely fashion. Definitely will be using them again! This company is phenomenal! I wish they had more than 5 stars.

This company has great customer service and follow through. They analyzed my issues, repaired and explained the repairs afterward. They made sure I was satisfied and cleaned up before leaving. Their technicians were professional and courteous which is lacking so frequently these days. I also asked for a quote for vent cleaning but after inspecting my vents, told me they were ok and explained and showed me why. I appreciated their honesty. I will be using them for future HVAC services.
