Thank you for showing me the ins & outs of my heater this morning. The technician was super honest & straightforward when explaining everything to me, & let me know what to look out & prepare for in the future. 10/10 would recommend Pacific Aire for future maintenances or needs!

Brandon was out technician and he was as they say "most excellent". He arrived, introduced him self and explained what he was going to do ans got started. He is very friendly and did a great job. I have to say that we got a lot more out of this maintenance service than I ever received from other companies.

Michael went above and beyond to help us out. Not only did he make a thorough inspection of our heating/cooling system but he also took great pains to investigate a possible leak we had. It turns out that we didn't have a leak at all and he was able alleviate our concern. He SLO took extra special care in replacing the filter. Last week we had a new heating and air conditioning unit installed in our home. It was a large undertaking as we also needed ductwork and asbestos abatement. I would like to highly commend the crew that worked tirelessly for 3 days. Erwin and his team of Grant, Manny and Jose were professional and knowledgeable. All work was explained in detail as it took place. We are very pleased with the finished product and plan to refer the company to friends and family. One more thing, give Erwin and company a raise.

Called PacificAire for routine maintenance check for my HVAC system. Luckily, they had a recent cancellation and was able to have a tech come in 30 minutes of call. This was great since I was available. They sent Noah. Noah was amazing. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He was great for explaining everything that he was checking. He help me understand about the air filter.

As part of the program, he replaced the filter. He did a very thorough job and was very respectful of me and my home. He cleaned the equipment as necessary. He also washed the outside unit. Love the fact how Pacific Aire trains their personnel. Great company that provides quality equipment and trained personnel. Noah and the other Pacific Aire staff all understand and provide good customer service. Recommend this company to anyone. Love the fact they are a well established company that has been around a long time. Keep up the good work.

Noah was nice and informative throughout the service. Ducts had holes and there was a lot of dirt on the insulation. He explained to me how this affects the unit and it's life span. Noah helped me set up an apt for an estimate to repair the problems found. Overall it was a great experience. I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced and had a great experience. Erwin, Ulises, David G, Grant and David P were great. They were so clean and courteous. I have dogs and were very careful not to let them out and even played with them. They explained and showed me how to use all the equipment and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend and this team was top notch and very experienced.

The people from whom we bought our home had used Pacific Aire and we have continued. They are the only company we have used for 20 years and have been pleased as they are so responsive when we have had a problem. Today was no exception as we had our system's six month check-up. Michael and Maki were prompt and very thorough and we are most pleased. Their explanation of the work performed and the condition of our equipment were very helpful. We had Noah come to our house to perform the maintenance and he was very professional polite and on time. He was easy to talk to and provided a bunch of useful information on the current status of our system Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance

Our 25 year-old gas furnace died and was not reparable. Pacific Aire quickly helped us settle on a heat pump to replace it. Their team of Erwin Baez, Tyler, Grant, Ulises and David Plunkett did an outstanding job converting our gas-fired setup to all-electric, installing the new condenser, forced-air unit and upgrading our wiring and circuit breakers.

They worked efficiently, did a very clean install and were very considerate of our family during the process. Erwin explained operation of the unit clearly and helped me configure the wireless thermostat. They are really great to work with. --Dave O., Ventura CA

I would like to thank PAC Aire once again. My husband and I decided to insulate our attic. It is a four day job. Vincent Gonzales and Jamie Tapia were the technicians assigned. Both gentlemen were efficient and respectful. They explained daily what they would be doing how long it would take and were true to their word. At the end of the day they showed me pictures the complete daily task.

At the end of the fourth day the transformation was astonishing. Our home already feels cooler. We are looking forward to lowering our gas and electric consumption. Thanks Vincent and Jamie!

We had our annual maintenance today, on both our furnace and compressor. Noah was awesome! He had the best attitude, very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and just overall was a delight to be around. Thank you for a great job!

I had a Pacific Aire technician perform my quarterly maintenance. He recommended that their more qualified technician come out. Then he recommended one of their salesmen come out and he quoted me $24K to replace my A/C and furnace and $7K to replace my attic insulation. Another company came out and serviced my HVAC and charged me $100! My unit is fine and does NOT need to be replaced.

I normally do not post bad reviews, but homeowners be aware of this unscrupulous manner of business ethics. Can't help believe if I had a husband or partner, they would not have presented me with this ridiculously expensive estimate. If I could, I would give them ZERO stars!

Just had some attic work done by Pacific Aire guys Vincent and Jaime and they were great! These guys were professional and respectful through the 3 days they were at the house. Vincent described what work was going to be completed each day and confirmation was received at the end of the job each day. A complete cleaning of old insulation was removed and that was just the beginning of the job.

I barely had any cleaning up to do after the guys finished the 3 day job. I was very impressed about the whole process. Definately using them as a referral to those in need of work being done at their home. I would also like to recognize Ray who came to the house and helped us with our quote before the project started! He too was very professional and explained everything with expertise.

I've been a customer of Pacific Aire for quite a few years. They have always handled all of my service needs professionally. Today I had to replace my HVAC system and Roberto, Cody, Rob, Ruven, and Ozzie were great. I appreciated the professional communication through every step of the journey. We had or system upgraded and we had left one of the vents closed in a room we were not using at the time. Made appointment to have it opened and our technician Michael made all the necessary adjustments in a timely manner. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure having him resolve our issue.

Our heater took a dump so we went online to look for a HVAC crew and found Pacific Aire. They made buying a new HVAC system easy as they offered various packages with different price ranges. Once we picked out a package, they sent out their install crew a few days later. Cody, Robert, and David were professional, friendly, and very communicative the whole time they were out here. They made the process as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend these guys.

PacificAire continues to impress. I called yesterday about having our heating system rebalanced. Got an appointment for the next day. Michael came out and adjusted the air flow to various rooms, and did a great job explaining what he was going to do before he did it. PacificAire staff are always clean, prompt, polite, and professional. Highly recommended.

If I could give this Company minus 0, I would. I have a rental property in Oxnard. One of previous renters had used PacificAire when the A/C wouldn't turn on 4 years ago. They came out-charged $79 to diagnose the problem plus over$200 to replace the thermostat. Step forward to 2021, renters call to say heater is not turning on. Since, last time it wasn't too bad, I called PacificAire again.

They sent out a technician to diagnose the problem. Technician tells me it wasn't worth repairing the system. He recommended replacing the entire system and someone else would provide a quote. The sales person went over to the rental and the sales pitch began. First he said the existing system was installed all wrong. There were no plenum. No way to repair.

They had Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Options. The cheapest one Bronze for a single stage motor was about $18,000 and change. The Silver option with dual stage motor around $21 thousand and change. Good thing, I was sitting down else I would have fallen down from shock. In spite of a lot of arm twisting from the sales guy-OscarI did not commit and opted to get a second opinion.

This time Clark and Sons went out and diagnosed that it was an adverse air motor that needed to be replaced for $900. Wow, $900 vs $22,000. Doesn't take much to figure out who I went with If money is no object then perhaps PacificAire is the way to go. For me PacificAire wasn't the way to go.

Ruven and Jesse showed up yesterday, on time, to check my heating system and install a new filter. They were both very professional and friendly as they explained the work they did and how I can keep my heater functioning efficiently. I have used other companies to provide these annual tune-ups, but none of them were as thorough and complete as Pacific Aire. They are far and away the best.

Appointment was easy to book for next day. Technicians arrived on time and in clean uniforms. Both people were very friendly and personable. Though it took quite a while to diagnose the problem they were able to provide a temporary fix until parts could be ordered and installed. While I wish that there fees were less, they were not unfair.

I was very pleased with the work. The crew was professional and efficient. A big shout out to David Plunkett, Jesus-Lead, Vincent Rod, Steven T and Ulises. Great bunch of men who got my new HVAC installed with plenty of time to spare just prior to Thanksgiving.

David P. dropped by to install a backordered part today. Just another reminder of the great service "after the sale" Pacific Aire is known for. Thanks Again

Nice company and nice employees, but get a second opinion and estimate. They replaced our two furnaces a few years ago. During our last inspection, we were told the duct work needed major work. We were told they work with a company called Comfort something or other and they could arrange a bid. When the tech arrived to look at the duct work and prepare a bid, he arrived in a Pacific Aire truck. Coincidence?

Not sure if they are the same company because I never asked. Their bid to repair our duct work, after a couple of "discounts", came to roughly $12,000.00. Not a typo. So we had our regular contractor send over his duct man. Total estimate for the same work? $2,100.00. Needless to say, Pacific Aire has paid their last visit to our home.

Superior staffing at every level! Staff wants to please and give the best service to everyone! I recently referred my good friend. He ended up getting both a new A/C unit and a new Furnace. He is also very pleased and happy with the service he experienced! I'm one of their biggest fans because I ALWAYS receive extra special and meticulous service from everyone!

Wonderful service! Just had our heating ducts replaced and fresh insulation installed. Great team- Erwin, Brian, and Renato! We had a new heating duct system put in last year, and Matt came by today to check our heater and make sure it's ready for winter and to change out the filter. Matt C is great! We have been clients of Pacific Aire for over 7 years. There service is always good. Today's service with Technician Michael L. was outstanding. He spent time explaining how an air condition worked. He did a through inspection and even checked out the attic. He offered tips on how to get the best usage and longevity from our air conditioning unit and furnace as possible. I had the most positive experience with this company today! Michael was a very informative and very professional technician you could possibly have inspect your equipment. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure he went through everything needed and more. He took photos of things that needed attention to prevent any problems. I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with his service, thank you Michael! He also took care of a free consult appointment for what needs to be done.
