Kaiser Air Conditioning and Heating is a family-owned HVAC business established in 1981 by Neil Kaiser. Neil worked through the ranks of his local sheet metal union where he learned and further developed his incredible craftsmanship skills in the field of HVAC and sheet metal. Mario Marron came by today to repair my heating unit. He was prompt, on time and very professional. He explained the problem, the repair, did the work and we are now happy senior citizens with heat again! Mario is knowledgeable found the problem right away, fixed it and cleaned up afterward. A very pleasant and skilled young man who I would recommend him without hesitation.
I would also like to give a thumbs up to Jennifer and Mary from Kaiser who I called for service. They were both extremely polite, addressed my concerns, scheduled service and made my morning. Great customer service.

Cinthya, the office co-ordination, was nice & patient to explain to me that I may need maintence / diagnosis service when I called. Noel, the service tech, is excellent. He took time to take care of the repairing, no rush and kept my place clean. Good to know that he has a college degree in our local college & has many years of experience in air cond repairing. I am very please that I found Kaiser. They have great employees.

Noel is awesome! He is incredibly thorough and detail oriented. He explains the problem and helps find the right solution to fit your needs. I asked for a phone call prior to his arrival and he didn't disappoint. As a loyal maintenance customer of 15 years, I only wish my repairs were handled in a more timely manner from Kaiser Air.

Noel and Austin were the maintenance/repair techs who visited today. We had a lot of deferred maintenance on our split systems as well as our warm floor and solar water heating system. They are super professional, courteous and know their stuff. When Noel encountered a problem in our solar water system and a gas leak as well, he diagnosed it quickly and began consultations with the owner because it is such a complex system.
At every step he let me know what he was doing and what had to wait for further consultation with the manufacturer and his supervisors. Having checked around in Ventura County over the years, my wife and I feel pretty confident in saying Kaiser AC is the best.

We had Kaiser do a replacement of our existing furnace and a new installation of an AC system. They also replaced all of our 35 year old ducting and substantially improved it. Now our house is evenly heated and we can hardly tell the furnace is running. Everyone who worked on our system installation from Kaiser was competent, courteous, and professional. The finished system is beyond what expected. Bottom line. Kaiser is an excellent heating and AC company!
