We have used company a few times and they always respond quickly. They work us in quickly and work friendly and efficiently. We joined VIP to keep up with our AC and it's totally worth it. I contacted Hi-Tech Air after hours. It wasn't an emergency, so I told their answering service I could wait. First thing the next morning, I got a call from Hi-tech Air Conditioning and an appointment got set up the same day. Before the tech came out, I received a text with a picture of who I could anticipate showing up to do the work. It was all done in a timely, smooth, and seamless way. The issue was resolved the same day. I highly recommend High-Tech Air Conditioning.

From getting a text message that Casper the tech is coming to saying goodbye and getting email of the job, it's one of the best experiences I've encountered. Casper was able not only to professionally answered my questions but explained it in plain English! He's a true Pro at what he does. I'll definitely recommend Hi Tech! And by the way, Jennifer in customer service office was very helpful and got me an appointment next day despite a very busy and hot week.

All I can say is "WOW, fabulous service!" We are having excessive heat this weekend and our A/C decided to conk out on us yesterday evening! It wasn't pleasant! It sucked actually! I really thought I was doing to die! We were suffering to say the least. I was really stressed out as it topped out at 109 degrees yesterday and another 109 degrees today as well!
We have a dog, two cats and three little birds I had to help keep cool too! I felt it was a hopeless situation as it's a holiday weekend. I mean, who is willing to come out on a holiday weekend? We managed to make it through the night. It wasn't just the heat but the heavy smoke filling the air from the fire. We did a search online hoping to find someone who would be willing to come out and fix the unit.
We were pretty sure it was the capacitor that went. We found Hi-Tech Air Heating and Cooling. It said they're a 24/7 operating business. I called around 7:30 am and left my details with their answering service. Within 20 mins, Jennifer rang me back! She had Cisco our tech here with a 2 hour window! I was impressed! I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming or died from the heat!
Cisco arrived at our house by 9:30 am!!!
He was awesome! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Oh, did I forget to mention, quick and attentive? I couldn't ask for a better tech, really! He was our savior! I owe my life to this company, truly! We are now sitting here relaxing and keeping cool thanks to High-Tech Air Heating and Cooling! Thanks, guys!

I have used Hi-Tech for years as my service provider for any HVAC issues and can't say enough about the professionalism and reliability. Recently, we had an issue that required an after hours visit. To my surprise, Bob, the owner, showed up at my front door which was unexpected but he wanted to make sure to address any immediate needs b/c the after hours tech had a few calls in front of me and I have a family member that requires AC for a health condition.
Fast forward to the replacement of the defective piece of equipment. Kari and the office staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They were able to get the replacement part ASAP and fit me in to the schedule before the weekend. Casper was at my house promptly on the day of the scheduled appointment. He was extremely professional and made sure I understood what caused the problem and ensured that everything was working properly.
After the visit, I had what turned out to be an unrelated plumbing issue that Casper offered to come back later that day to address (after a full day of other calls). I told them that it could wait till the next day, which again happened to be a Saturday. Casper made time on his day off to come back to see if he could help clear the drain line for me. Turns out my issue required an actual plumber to clear the larger drain but also shows the caliber of the people you work with at Hi-Tech. From top down, you can trust that Hi-Tech will listen to your concerns and truly makes you feel valued as a customer.

From the moment I called to the technician (Casper) arriving was less than 10 minutes. He fixed my problem, was honest about my future needs, he gave me future options but wasn't pushy. Hi-Tech recently replaced my 36-year old Heat Pump. I had taken 3 bids and selected H-T because of their professional demeanor and very good price. They had previously helped me with a "bandaid" fix. I found them to be honest and fair. My power bill dropped by almost 45% once the new heat pump was installed--fantastic! Last weekend, the A.C. stopped working.
I called and their weekend service connected me with a technician. Casper was great on the phone and showed up at my place in less than 2-hours. I was surprised and very pleased to learn that he was actually a Hi-Tech team member. The problem was very minor and he had me cool and calm in just a few minutes. I cannot ignore excellent service as it has become rare. THANKS Casper and Hi-Tech. Very Happy Customer here.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a service company! Honest! Fair! Local company!
Called early afternoon and the super friendly receptionist put me on hold for like a minute and when she came back and said that a technician would be out later that day, I couldn't believe it. It was the hottest day of the year and I had already made several unsuccessful attempts to procure assistance with our struggling unit.
The technician showed up at 345 (awesome; less than 3 hrs later!!), he came in and advised us of what he thought the problem might be, but that in order to fix it, he would have to return the next day. The technician returned the next day, on time, as promised - and I don't know, but I think he is a magician!! in 2 hours my previously "UNREPAIRABLE" unit (which we were told by two previous companies) was transformed into an amazingly efficient machine, I could chill meat in my house if I wanted to!!!!
He took the time to actually troubleshoot and not UPSELL me! He didn't take advantage of our circumstances - OR the fact that it was 97 degrees in my house! He was professional and FAIR! Price was absolutely reasonable, but above all the service was great! He cleaned up after himself and assured me in an hour or so I would be feeling the difference. It is amazing! Will recommend to friends and family for sure!

It's nice when a company advertises 24/7 that they actually are. I called another company in Carlsbad and after leaving a message on voicemail, never ever got a call back. Hi-Tech has an after hours service that actually answers the phone. She took down my issues and info and had a technician call. He was out within about 3 hours and promptly found the problem. Victor (the tech) was professional, friendly, courteous and I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you to everyone at Hi-Tech Air Conditioning for all of your help and being there when I needed you.

Great experience all around. Jen Brucker came out and gave us a quote. Laid out all the options and wasn't pushy. We finally decided to pull the trigger a month later. Cory Robertson and his team came out for the install. They did a great job explaining everything. Was very professional and on time. They did a great job cleaning up any mess that they made. Anytime I called the office I received the answers I needed with a pleasant response. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends or family. Thank you for a great experience.
