Sam and Adrian excelled in installing a Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioner/heater in my home. Their approach was professional, efficient, and they showed great respect for my property. They meticulously planned the optimal placement, resulting in sleek and tidy indoor and outdoor units. Daniel Krebsbach (technician) arrived on time and was both professional and friendly during the inspection of our old A/C-furnace systems. Daniel gave us a thourgh overview with pictures of our hvac system. Found a leak in the A/C that depleted the coolant, rust forming is several places due to condensation leakage and broken pvc piping. 2 small gas leaks were detected in fittings to the gas furnace. Daniel presented rough cost options to repair/replace the hvac. Unrelated to the hvac inspection, Daniel checked the gas fittings to the gas water heater / gas dryer and found a small leak there. Thank Daniel for your professional and thourgh inspection.

Alexis and Martin did an an outstanding job installing our A/C, the last two days the worked straight through both days not sure if they even stopped for lunch. They were very helpful and professional. Definitely an asset to same day heating and cooling. Thanks for the hard work guys.

Robin and his assistant Jalen came to do a yearly checkup. They checked my plumbing which was fine but my hot water heater was not. There were toxic levels of carbon monoxide in my basement and I had no idea. Every time the hot water heater kicked on this gas was being emitted. My son plays in that area and had they not come I wouldn't have never known that he was playing in a very dangerous area of our home. Robin and his assistant were on time, extremely professional and very kind. They came quickly to fix the issue and did a great job! If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would!

Daniel did fabulous job to check our aged AC system in every detail, he notified us the gas leak from both furnaces which could be the reason causing my headache for a long period. It is essential to have your AC checked regularly to avoid any potential damage and you can trust Daniel for sure. Service: A/C system maintenance

Our service tech, Erick, was right on time, very professional and so incredibly helpful. When inspecting the furnace in the attic he found places where the punch throughs in the roof weren't sealed anymore, so he resealed everything for us. He installed a new thermostat and checked out our ducting and the flow of heat in each room. I was very impressed with his knowledge and workmanship. I would highly recommend Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning!

Andrew R. was on time and extremely professional. He walked us through everything he was going to do, and also took pictures and videos of our HVAC unit on the roof, to let us know everything he discovered and did. Would strongly recommend using both he and Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone reading this review. So much so, we're having them come out for a plumbing inspection tomorrow.

Andrew was great, very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me get a baseline for where my system was at and gave me some options to get my system to perform more efficiently. He gave me a very thorough explanation of all the component of my system without me having to feel he was trying to find something wrong. Luckily the system is in good shape and I was only looking for a yearly inspection. but often times some companies make an effort to "find" additional "needed" repairs. I will definitely use them again in the future or when I'm in need to replace my system.

Justin is the first technician that pointed out the issue of my furnace. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Because of his thorough diagnosis, I realized that my heat exchanger is still under warranty and he save me $$$$.

Today I had their technician Justin Miller stop by my house to do an evaluation/repair of my furnace. I was speechless about his knowledge, attitude and professional ethic. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. He immediately identified the problem and recommended a solution without any pressure. I am confident about his judgement. As a note, I had 4 licensed technicians come to my house and none were able to provide me with a clear response. Keep up the good work.

I never give reviews but Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning absolutely deserves one, From Start to Finish they were professional, respectful and courteous. The Customer service Representative was accommodating with my busy schedule and was able to send a Tech out later than usual to meet me right after work which I was so grateful for since My kitten and I have been freezing!

I ended up running a little late but my technician Sean was understanding and was such a nice guy. Sean was professional, informative and thoroughly explained all my options to me without being pushy, I've had such bad experiences with Service companies in the past trying to pressure me into buying something or replacing something right away but he didn't do any of that. Hands down best Customer Service I've ever received. Same Day will always be my go to for any of my HVAC Needs. Thank You Same Day. My kitten and I Thank you! We will never go anywhere else! :
