Setting up the appointment was easy. The Ideal Air technicians were right on the scheduled time. They put on shoe covers before coming in the house and cleaned up the work area before leaving. They did all the annual maintenance and explained what they did. They installed air purifiers on two units to help prevent mold and improve air quality as I have allergies. Ideal Air has always been prompt, efficient, courteous and reasonably priced. I'll continue to use them for all my HVAC needs and recommend them to my friends.

These guys replaced my entire HVAC system when the old one failed back in 2010. They had me up and running faster than I could have expected. Since then, they've been there for annual heating and cooling check-ups and for the occasional repair, always for a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with their products and services, and especially their people.

Did a/c seasonal check up and quoted replacement of ductwork. Very polite, profession and knows what they are talking about. One major plus for using Ideal is the techs honesty. We were not sure about out insulation, he said we did not need it yet. That would have been easy money but he said we were good. I really appreciate it. Service: A/C system maintenance

Called Ideal Air Services in the morning, HVAC technician Eric arrived at tenants house within two hours of service request. Have had call backs last summer with other HVAC company who just wanted to sell me a new unit. Eric was able to find the problem and had the unit up and running in 5 minutes! Eric did a thorough job making sure the unit was in good shape and ready for summer. They earned my business with there honesty and integrity! :-

They were neat and efficient when installing a new Trane unit for the first floor. They are courteous, neat, and efficient when doing spring and fall checkups on both the new downstairs unit and the older upstairs unit. All of the people I have dealt with from Ideal Air are quality people. They are honest and hard working. I highly recommend them.

Always kind and courteous when they come to service the system. We get regular maintenance twice a year and it is easy to schedule. We've had the system replaced over the years and new additions put on including a dehumidifier and fresh air intake both made a great difference to how comfortable the house is, and they made sure to work out the best way to configure everything for the best value. They were also great to work with after Harvey.

James from Ideal Air Services was recommended to me as I was in need of my entire A/C system replaced. Reasonable price, and installation was quick. The dedicated installation crew was knowledgeable, and everything was done within one day. Later the same day, a technician came for quality control, and topped off the refrigerant. Ideal Air Services will also adjust your dampers, anytime, in the attic if you feel one room is getting too hot or cold. Very satisfied!

The third of 3 companies we had out to try and find a leak in the HVAC unit, and the only one who took the time to find it instead of trying to upsell a new Carrier unit. Ideal Air Services provide a terrific and professional service. The technician was clean, friendly, informative, and took care of the issue in a timely fashion. The only issue was the cost. $200+ to to unclog a drain pipe seemed excessive but whatever. The issue was solved in less than 30 minutes. Services: AC repair, AC maintenance

I had my AC go out in my new house this past weekend and Ideal Air services was able to make it the same day to make repairs and get the AC working again. So went to bed and knew a/c wasn't as cold as I wanted! Called Ideal next morning and they had me scheduled between 9 and 11 for that day! The call to Ideal's customer service was great! Took my info which was already in the system and 1 hour later Eric showed up! Love Eric, so professional but super friendly! He diagnosed the problem, blower dead! Within 2 hours had part and ready to install! Now I'm cool and comfy! Love Ideal have used them for 12 years. Thanks Ideal!

The technician arrived on Time. He was able to explain in detail about what he was about to do and gave us pointers about the nuances and features on our thermostat that I was not aware existed. Ideal Air Services always responds quickly to our HVAC needs. Everyone is very professional from the representatives who take my calls to the technicians who service the units. Recently, we had to replace the main A/C units and a central part of the heating system. The installers were prompt, thorough and explained everything to us. Furthermore, the technicians returned to make sure that everything was functioning well and answered even more questions that we had. My husband and I highly recommend Ideal Air Services. We had the best experience with Ideal Air Services. Our AC went out and we were miserable. My husband called Ideal and spoke with Debbie, she is fantastic, she got a guy out the very next day! The technician that came out was very helpful and very nice. He ordered everything and we were back in business within 2 days! Talk about relief! We highly recommend Ideal Air Services, definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

We called Ideal Air Services to check our furnaces & do their 21- point heater tune up special. Eric, the technician, did a wonderful job. We're keeping his magnetic business card on our ref for future consultation. He did a very thorough job & explained his findings to us & answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We've used Ideal Air for years and in 2 different houses. From scheduling to completion, we've always been satisfied. Latest issue was coil replacement. Lead tech (Eric) came out, diagnosed problem as well as suggested zoning air differently. Scheduled replacement and re-zoning for the next day. It's been a month and a half, we are already seeing cost savings on energy bill while enjoying a cooler bedroom at night.
