We had three ductless splits installed. The consultant who did the estimate explained everything, so we were comfortable with expectations. They were able to schedule us within a week, so the walk through followed soon after. The walk through ironed out all the details of placement, where to run the lines, etc. The installation was completed by 2 - 3 techs over a two-day period.

One unit was particularly tricky to place as the lines would need to be run through a tight crawl space under an addition, but they managed it. They were on time, efficient, professional, courteous, and left the space clean. Can't ask for more than that.

Very Professional and prices are reasonable compared to other companies. I had new A/C, Heating System, Water Heater and Generac Full House Generator installed by them. They are very responsive and completely explains if there are delays and installations are very clean. They were able to install and service my heating/ac and were able to efficiently equipped my home addition with the proper system to seamlessly heat and cool the entire home. I used another firm that I won't mention to install a ductless system. It was a disaster but the manufacturer at least covered the warranty on the compressor unit. I asked Clarkstown to install it even though it wasn't one of their standard units. They did because they are a local family company and care about being able to serve their area no matter what.

I've had a few other issues with the units and every time they come through even though it's not their preferred system and they could just as easily say they don't want to deal with it. They never try to price gouge me and always stick with it and really operate professionally. Thank you to Rich and to the service technicians who've held my hand with this system the last few years.

Installed a new furnace in my home. Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant. Installers we're neat and respectful of my home and property. Not the cheapest price but I feel I have gotten good value for my money. I would definitely recommend Clarkstown to anyone and I will use them again It's a bonus that they are in my home town of Pearl River as well. I like spending with local businesses

Highly recommended! The Clarkstown H&AC crew delivered excelent service. Dan, Nick & Dave neatly installed the Mitsubishi split-type air conditioners in a timely manner. They have the patience also in doing the teaching on how to operate the installed system as well. Bruce and John were also very helpful in making sure that we know the appropriate cost and installation timeline. Having known them before when I asked them to replace our boiler, I know they are dependable and highly reliable to deliver the expected services. Definitely recommending Clarkstown H&AC!

They just replaced our 20 y/o Central A/C. From start to finish everything when smoothly The estimator came promptly when scheduled and explained very clearly what our options were. Once we decided, A visit was scheduled for a supervisor to inspect the attic and yard to make sure there would be no issues for the installers to deal with. He was very accommodating and we were able to and access issue to the compressor location (my wife's flower beds).

We were taking a short vacation and deferred scheduling the installation for a week or so until we returned. When we did and called for an appointment it was scheduled promptly. The two installers arrived on time. They were great!. The work proceeded quickly, efficiently and neatly. They started at 8 and were done before 5. All in all it was an outstanding experience well worth the price. I would recommend them without any reservation

It's a very reliable company. I always go to them for heating and air conditioning. Recently had central air installed by Clayton Taylor and his helper Danny. They did a great job - very neat and clean, no mess and did a great job with blending the necessary outside wiring and drains with the old style roof of my 1930's house. They left the attic clean and unobtrusive.

Tommy did a great job with the installation of our new system. There were problems within the house in how things had been done previously, and he dealt with everything to get us up and running.

Tommy and Anthony were great! Very professional. They even put up with my dog!! I'm very happy with my new system.
