After coming home from work I realized my AC was off and not turning back on; my home was up over 80 degrees. After calling many companies, they all were unable to schedule me for same day service due to their busy schedules. However, the receptionist from 3H not only took my call and booked me for the following day but she transferred my issue directly to the owner of the company who called me directly within 10 minutes to trouble shoot over the phone. Within a few minutes the owner talked me through the issue and it was resolved. Quality service, they earned my business in the future based on this alone!

Found my AC Company for life. My AC system was misdiagnosed by other companies for months that just kept trying to sell me a new system. I called 3H and they sent Noah to my home, he diagnosed a dirty coil, I was using the wrong filters and he found a leaking duct.everything was fixed within the hour and he DIDN'T try to sell me a new system. I appreciate their honesty and determination to diagnose correctly. When it is time for a new system I will definitely be calling them.

We were having recurring AC outages due to a poorly designed drainage system of the AC unit itself. Not only did the technician, Jeremy, fix the immediate problem, he redesigned the drainage system to prevent the problem from occurring ever again. Additionally, he was friendly and professional. This is an A+ service. From the beginning the sales rep was very professional and honest about the service and product. Technician Alex and Technician Sonnie are very professional and the work is top quality. I met these guys yesterday 11/29/21 when they came to my house and they spent all day working/installing two new HVAC units. These guys are reliable and trustworthy. My coils were freezing on our AC unit. I called 3H. Kyle was amazing he walked me through how to get my air going again over the phone. I ended up needing service a week later as my coils froze again, he sent Technician Sonnie within 30 minutes of my call. My coils actually needed cleaning and Sonnie took care of cleaning the coils and checked my pressure and got me back up and running within 30 minutes of arrival. These guys were great. I 10/10 recommend using 3H for your AC and heating needs! Keep up the great work guys!

I had an issue with my AC that stopped working on a Sunday late afternoon. I called the company and left a message to see if someone could come to the house on Monday and help us with the AC issue. Within few minutes I received a call back from Brian (the owner). He took his time and walked me through all of the steps to troubleshoot the issue. We finally figured out it was a drainage issue and he told me how o resolve it and asked me to call him back with updates.

I was very impressed and pleased with his willingness to help over the phone on a Sunday afternoon/evening, especially when he could have easily sent a technician the next day and charged for the service. My wife and I were very happy that our AC is working again and I would definitely recommend 3H AC - Air Conditioning and Heating without hesitation to anyone that needs their services. Thank you.

I am a repeat customer of 3HAC who installed two new AC units for my home and rental property. All my services were positive from the initial inquiries, consultations, estimates, installations, to maintenance. The staff were very attentive and professional. When I had a problem after an initial installation, they quickly dispatched services to resolve the issue. Alexis at the office and Sonnie the lead technician were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Great people, quality works, highly recommended!

Team did a great job, initially had an issue with communication. I discussed with the sales/owner and it was immediately corrected. Each team member responded to any questions I had through the install and 3H doesn't just repair they solve problems. We initially discussed a few years back on a replacement system and started with the best option of just replacing the blower motor in my system.

Since the system was 13 years old and the motor module failed 3H discussed replacement of the entire system to get it back under warranty and resolve any further issues with my old system. We discussed options and they had my new system in place from first communication to majority of install within two days! They did a follow up a few weeks later taking care of remaining minor items on the installers schedule and did the additional work on a mew vent install. Glad I'm with 3H and hopefully this review will help you decide too.

Had to replace my AC unit and condenser and 3H AC did a great job. Not only were they really quick in coming to inspect the old unit and giving me a quote for a new one with multiple options, but they were able to install the new AC unit in less than a week. They were very professional and courteous. Our technician Sonnie was excellent and made sure everything was left in perfect working order. He also made sure everything was clean afterwards. I will continue using 3H AC for any future AC needs. I highly recommend them.

Last night at about 6 pm we noticed that our AC was not cooling our house. After troubleshooting and doing everything we could possibly do to rectify the problem we called 3H AC. We have been dealing with this great company for over 18 years. They are honest, reputable, and very professional. Within a half-hour, after speaking with the answering service Danny from 3H called us back and asked a few questions and told us he would have a tech get back to us shortly (this was on a Thursday evening about 7pm).

The tech, Daniel, called us about 7:15 pm and was at our door at 8pm and finished by 8:30pm. A capacitor needed to be replaced. No extra charges due to the after hour call, and we have cold air once again. We will always call 3H! Thank you to all involved. We give them the highest marks.

I can’t say enough good things about Brian and this company. My AC went out on a Friday I got a few quotes and 3H AC was the most reasonable they didn’t try selling me just gave me what I needed and to my surprise they were able to move appointments around and were here first thing on Monday. The techs were professional and knowledgeable and went out of their way to keep me informed on their progress including asking my opinion on certain installation options. If you want AC company to do your job I would definitely recommend 3HAC

I wanted to take a moment to thank Brian for his help with my A/C issue. I recently installed a Nest thermostat and it worked perfectly for several weeks. When I pulled the thermostat this morning to put a mounting plate behind it and reconnected the wiring, it was suddenly not receiving power. At a time when service can easily take advantage of a situation, and some do, Brian was kind enough to walk me through tracking down the problem myself. Brian and I PM’d back and forth for a bit as I was telling him what I saw in the A/C and it turned out to be a simple blown fuse. Easy fix that could have cost me $$ but didn’t because of Brian’s help. I will definitely keep him in mind for future A/C needs. Thanks, Brian!

Excellent service! Have used 3H for years. Recently on a Friday night 9:30 pm, with a house full of company, our A/C died. Called 3H and received a call back within 5 minutes, walked me thru what I should do (flushed the line). It worked! A/C came back on. Life saver!!!

Brian responded very quickly to my vmail- we did some tests over the phone and got some general trouble shooting done. Jessie showed up the next. Or I gotta and resolved the issue! Thanks for your help and excellent customer service.
