We struggled with our a/c units all summer at our office and finally decided to upgrade them completely. EAC worked exclusively on our condo during and after our remodel, so we knew their quality of work would be exceptional and that they stand behind their products. Not only did they show up as expected first thing yesterday, but they had plenty of technicians, and everyone was friendly and efficient. We were back up and running with a brand-new system in a matter of hours. They even credited us back $140 worth of refrigerant that was needed to keep us cool until the installation, and we received a complimentary upgrade as the original unit was no longer in stock. We are a local manufacturer and installer and know firsthand the difficulties of having crews on the road, yet they did not disappoint!!

The staff are always very helpful and attentive. We apricate the fact that they seem to value our loyalty as much as we value their service. Businesses caring about customer loyalty seems hard to come by these days. We are happy EAC still does.

EAC provides bi-annual maintenance of my Ac system and repairs as needed. Their services are always excellently provided from the initial phone call to the service at the business.

EAC has been servicing my AC units for the past 3+yrs. They are professional and very reliable.

I have called this company five or six times now. I am trying to get an estimate for the removal and replacement of my A/C duct work. I was told I needed to speak to Kenneth. He was on vacation and I was told he would contact me when he returned. I did not hear from him and called the company again. They gave me his cell phone number and said they would leave him another message.

I called his cell phone and left a message. I have still never heard from this man. This company was recommended by a contractor who is a personal friend of mine. He said they were his "Go to company." They may be a very good company if you require something other than duct work, but I cannot speak to that.

Gilbert is an excellent technician! He's very patient and is also willing to explain the technical aspects of HVAC system. He not only serviced and maintained the units, he left us more informed about the system operation.

EAC is a Company I have been using for over a year now. All of the Service Techs that have worked on my unit have been wonderful. I have gotten to know the new owners, Nathan and Edmond and the demand excellence. Very happy with my service. They come out twice a year to give my unit a tuneup. The tech that just left, Jomar Melendez, was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for your AC work and maintenance.

Installation was done very quickly was up and running in just four hours and installation team left no mess behind.

Our AC went out at the office and EAC had someone out here within a couple of hours. A part was needed and they arrived back with it the same day and had us up and running within no time.
