Excellent Customer Service from the very first call to Air Rescue Tampa for a new AC heat pump installation, keep me updated on when they arrived and the BEST AMAZING customer service from the Jorge the AC Installer! He was very thorough, detailed oriented and made sure I had a NICE cool AC in excellent working operation before he left after the NEW Installation.

Please tell JORGE the AC Installer technician! THANK YOU SO MUCH for his AMAZING and VERY Professional install of my BRAND NEW AC UNIT! As a follow up, Peter, the very professional AC technician came back and installed my 5KW HEAT Strip because it was out of stock when they installed my brand new AC UNIT! Peter came promptly on time, had AMAZING customer service and was very thorough, detail oriented and explained the process of the HEAT Strip install. Peter checked everything to make sure it was operating and working perfectly before he left. Please tell PETER, the AC technician, Thank you for the HEAT STRIP install and he did a fantastic job! You can count on Air Rescue Tampa when you need it! Thanks again!

I would not use or recommend Air Rescue again, based on my experience with them. When the ac cut out and our normal hvac company was unable to come in time, we called Air Rescue after seeing their tv commercial. They came promptly and took a look at our system before telling us the condenser was broken and we would need a complete system replacement.

They quoted $7500 for an equivalent system. We said we wanted time to get another quote and to discuss such a large and unexpected cost for our 6 year old system. In the meantime, our normal ac company came to provide a second opinion/quote. He ended up putting in a $45 part and balancing the coolant pressures. Guess what? That fix meant we didn't have to buy a new system.

So although the air rescue guy was nice and the company did come out over the holiday, they weren't able to fix our ac and charged us for a service call. They also insisted we need a replacement system, when our regular guy was able to fix the system for $45. At least get a second opinion if these guys say you need a replacement. It saved us thousands.

Air Rescue (AR) replaced our A/C unit about 1 year ago. AR had much better prices & turnaround than a couple of other companies estimates! They made the whole process very smooth. Our experience was great! Hunter P was our field rep/ technician. He was very personable, and helpful. We needed to replace our old unit with a whole new unit. He gave us a good deal and his crew removed the old unit and installed new unit in little time. A competitive price was given, installation was set up within a few days. The workers were here when they said they were supposed to be here and the system look like a clean installation. However, it's two days later after system installed and I am awaiting repair man because I was awoken last night sweating because the air conditioner Brand New stopped working.

Just blowing warm air and since installation humidity has never been in a comfortable range. If this repair doesn't fix it I'm going to ask them to remove it and install a different system

We have used many A/C Repair services, and in some instances it was after hours on the weekend! I wouldn't hesitate to call Rescue Air on Christmas morning, because I know their price will be reasonable, their technician will be prompt and professional! In my experience, Rescue Air is the Platinum Standard for what emergency service companies should aspire to be! Undoubtedly, my highest recommendation abs my forever go to for all the services they offer!

Air Rescue was one of 5 companies I requested an estimate to replace an air condition system that was 30 yrs old. I had quotes from salesmen trying to sell me more than my duct system could handle. I didn't know this until Joe Horstman, Air Rescue, sales rep explained seers and duct work compacity. After a lecture on what seers mean and what could happen with my duct system, I chose Air Rescue.

Price was reasonable compared to other estimates also. The company kept me informed of the installation time and after arriving and looking at the project we both decided they should come back the following day because it was an all day project. They had 3 technicians (Nate, Elijah and Caleb)working on the project, very knowledgeable and professional.

I tried to stay out of their way. The wall had to be extended up to install the air handler. Excellent job carving out that space. When job was completed, excellent job all around, cleaning up the area that required a lot of attention. They protected my floors on the inside and my lawn and the area around it on the outside when installing the unit.

My inside floors were left the way they found them. Great job Air Rescue team! Thank you, I can't wait to see the improvement in the cooling of my house and electric bill. Shirley J.

After receiving eight AC company quotes for a new system I decided to choose Air Rescue and I was extremely pleased with my choice! From the scheduler, Julianna, their Sales Rep, Joe Horstman and their hard working installers, Russ and Jason I couldn't have asked for better service! I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of product.

We called Air Rescue to fix our a/c. They came out and the service man was great. He got it up and running and said we needed a new unit, which we knew. We bought a new unit from them and they scheduled the installation. The people who came to do the installation were unprofessional. They were arguing and cussing the entire time. One left a torch on upstairs while he ran to the truck.

The other used our bathroom, no big deal, but he left it a disaster. They couldn't finish the install because they couldn't program the thermostat. A different tech had to come out to do that, and they couldn't come out until the next day. It took them 7 hrs to install the unit, which was longer than it should have taken, and they wanted us to go another day without air because they didn't know how to program the thermostat?

After a call to the manager, the other tech came out and installed the thermostat. We also let the manager know of the behavior of the two techs. He apologized and said that it would be addressed. All was fine. Then the building inspector came out and said that it failed because it wasn't installed right and they would need to come back out. They did and said it was fixed.

It wasn't. They had to come back out again, and said it was fixed. Another inspection said it still wasn't fixed. The third attempt wasn't done because it was scheduled, and 2 hrs into our repair window, they call and say that the part needed wasn't in. We notified the building inspector. A week later our brand new A/C stopped working. This tech has it working, but no info about the part that is needed to fix the initial incorrect installation was given to him.

We have called the company and asked to speak to the manager three times and have not received a call back, other than the initial complaint, and even that felt as if he was brushing us off with a standard answer of "I'll talk to them about that". Do no use this company. They only care about your money and not their service they provide.

The Tech knew exactly what the problem was once I explained it to him and finished the job I'm very short order and had us back to cooling in no time

Joe was professional, approachable and straightforward about my ‘antique’ AC system. Joe told me he had some 31 years of HVAC installation and servicing under his belt and it showed. Air Rescue’s two-seasons preventative maintenance plan has more than paid for itself. When I have to lay my 18-year old system to rest, Air Rescue will officiate the service!

Mikayla was very polite & offered to have a technician check our central air the same evening I called. Her technician, Cook, she sent was very prompt, polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions . I am very satisfied with them. I would recommend your company to friends & family in our neighborhood!!!!

Excellent sales rep, great installation crew. Unfortunately there was a couple of minor incidental damages that was taken care of very quickly by air rescue free of charge or course. Bottom line: they do what they say and if it's not right, they quickly make it right. Will be using them in the future for sure. Well done

I am so thankful that Hunter discovered the terrible shape my air conditioning unit was in the attic. I have had issues with allergies for so long and at times I thought that I was smelling mold. Taking allergy pills and using nasal spray on a daily base did not help that much. I had only requested the yearly check-up to be done on my very old A/C unit, but I am so glad that Hunter took the time to check thoroughly and he found out the root of my health problems.

The morning after the entire unit was replaced with a new one, I was amazed that I could breathe through my nose without any problem! I also get to enjoy life in a better way now. The entire staff working on the replacement of the A/C was absolutely efficient and very professional. I will make sure to refer my friends to Air Rescue.

Rita Howle I feel like an absolute idiot, Air-rescue installed a brand new unit for me in Sept 2016, to the cost of $5500.00. At that time it was recommended that I purchase a service contract with them, so I wouldn't have any problems, which I did. Felt so proud, had handled this with what I thought was an honest/upright company no more problems. (am a senior widow).

On 4/19/20 the unit was not cooling called, a tech came to look at it,"coil leaking", couldn't do anything would have someone contact me on the 20th. Monday the 20th another tech came out, "coil leak", recharged and said someone would get back with me, they would have to get a new coil. Had to pay up front for the coil, gave me a bill for $1493.00. to purchase coil and install. Got a call on the 21st, no coil available, would be a week or 10 days.

In the mean time I was advised to get another estimate as this was a new unit still under warranty. 22nd,called another company, came out checked the unit made a phone call would be able to pick up a new coil in the morning, recharged old coil so it would cool during the night (no charge). 23rd arrived at 10am removed the old coil, went to the warehouse picked up the new coil, installed and recharged was finished by 1pm, unit cooling as it should.

All for a total of $560.00. Be very aware if you choose to use Air rescue, I would have paid their rate (which had already been billed to my credit card, even though no work had been done) if I hadn't been pushed to get another estimate.

Hunter’s careful and thorough explanation of all aspects of the costs, services, and of course installation sold me on Air Rescue. I saw other vendors in addition to Air Rescue and none were as professional and respectful as Hunter. The two techs who came on a Sunday (yes a Sunday!) were also completely professional and totally qualified. They explained every step they were doing, answered all my questions, and were careful with the equipment and their tools. They overcame the obstacles that any home installation has. Air Rescue scores a 10 out of 10 from me. I will surely recommend them.

They are friendly, fair, and fast. My AC broke down and my usual tech who actually installed the system was unavailable. I called Air Rescue to see what they could do. I called about 4:30pm and they were there around 6! The tech that came, Steve, called me about an hour prior to his arrival to inform me when he would be there. He tested, fixed, and explained. Did I mention convenient? It's great that Air Rescue has shifts and that they work around the clock! They are definitely NOT a 9 - 5 operation! THANK YOU!
