Liliana was very professional and knowledgeable when giving a quote and providing information on what the service entailed. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly. The two men who did the installation were very kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I knew how the new system worked and that it was set up correctly.

My daughter has been using Ocean Air & purchased 3 a/c units from them in the past. So after my regular AC guy gave me a diagnosis costing over $1400 to repair, I decided to call Ocean Air for a second opinion. And it turned out to not be what he said it was and much less expensive to fix. Needless to say they earned my trust and business for several repairs and maintenance after that. and now I just purchased my brand new AC from them and I am very happy overall. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very friendly and reliable, family-run business. I called them for a second opinion after my previous AC company gave me a over $1,400 estimate to fix my unit saying it was a leak. Ocean air looked it over and could not find a leak. though, felt the water may be coming from the PVC pipe separating in the garage wall. Well my friend made a hole in the wall and sure enough that was it. just had to replace the PVC pipe for a few bucks. They are now my permanent AC co

Liliana was very informative she explained everything well and even told me what to watch out for with other companies should we decide to go with another company. Thank goodness I made a smart decision and chose this company "Ocean Air". Liliana had Oscar come out to my home that same day within a few hours of speaking. Oscar was great he explained in detail what was wrong with my air conditioner and what it would cost to fix it.
I decided to have him install a new unit, he gave me a great price I could not pass it up, his team was out early the next morning installing the new AC. Installation was professional and AC works beautifully! Thank you

Purchased our 2nd ac from Ocean Air February 2021. The first was 20 years old. I called this morning with an unrelated problem with the air conditioner, but a drain from the unit. Lilliana, called me right back said this afternoon or tomorrow for sure. She called back in a few minutes and said she had technicians in the area and could come right away. Within an hour the problem was handled. The techs were friendly , professional, and courteous. Thank you for the speedy service. I give you a 5 🌟 rating.

Ocean Air installed my AC system 5 years ago and maintains it yearly. I had two other companies before them and was not satisfied. The system Ocean Air recommended has saved an average of $600 a year on my electric bill compared to my prior unit. Recently they replaced an attic junction box, chemical cleaned the Air Handler & also installed a UV light improving whole house air quality.
They also cleaned the duct work followed by fogging (sanitizing) at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Ocean Air to install and maintain a whole house A/C system throughout it's lifetime.

It is so refreshing to work with such a responsive, considerate and professional team. After moving into my house, the 'new' A/C turned out to be new in terms of the unit only, and all of the ducts were destroyed. I was losing a ton of air, so I needed help fast. I got four quotes for work, and ultimately went with Ocean Air, because they were so knowledgeable, understanding and quick to respond.
I'd been told my rattling A/C was just "how it sounded, " but after Ocean came in, it's totally quiet, the house cools quickly, and I'm no longer losing air from the ducts! Plus, when I had a concern about the plenum, they came back the next day to make sure everything was okay. So happy with this service.
