We started using this company around 7 years ago. They are by far the best company I have ever done business with. They are legit experts! Although they arrive when expected, they didn't charge as expected. Twice since we started using them they didn't even charge us for the service call as it was a quick fix or they just showed me what the issue was so I wouldnt need to call the next time it happened. One of the best things about them was they take the time to actually talk to you to explain the issue and what our options are and why!

My air wasn't keeping up with high temperatures so they came out right away and added freon. Next day it was still hot so I called them. They were out in no time, seems there was also an issue with the wiring. They refused to charge me for the second call even though the wiring issue had nothing to do with them and the unit had been low on freon when they first came out. Very nice family owned business. Friendly and professional.

Our HVAC system stopped working on late Tuesday night. I contacted Glenn at B & G Air Specialist late Tuesday night to see if someone could come out. He was able to fit me in early the next morning. He came out and was able to temporarily repair my AC system on the spot to keep me and my family comfortable in our home. He also was able to provide me with permeant solution choices from repair to replacement.

We made the decision to replace due to the age of our unit and our need for reliable air conditioning. B & G was able to schedule installation with in 4 business days of our decision. The installers were on time, professional and did a great job. I appreciated that Glenn and his son Terry both came out during the installation to ensure everything was done correctly. Overall A++ service and would recommend them to anyone needing repair or replacement services.

Over the years I have had to replace a number of A/C units. B&G is by far the best company I have ever used. They kept me informed every step of the way. One unit was installed in my garage which was not the cleanest work site before they stated but when they left it was completely clean. They are just outstanding people to work with.

B&G Air Specialists replaced our Longwood, Florida gas furnace and air conditioning system last week and we could not be more pleased with the final product. The new Rudd furnace and air handling unit were neatly installed in tight quarters with every wire and pipe perfectly in place. The new outside condensing unit was also perfectly installed. Everyone we dealt with at B&G, management and technical staff, were all extremely courteous and took extra care to make sure the job went smoothly and that we had all the information we needed, both before and after installation.
