Two other companies came out and misdiagnosed our AC unit to try and sell us a new unit. 32 Degrees came out, spent time, found the problem and fixed it. Best and now only company I will use.

I cannot recommend 32 Degrees enough! A friend recommended them and she was absolutely right. I got four bids to replace my AC system. 32 Degrees wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive -- but they were the best value for all of the work they would do. They also provided the best proposal of ANY contractor I've ever worked with. Everything was written up, along with all costs broken down, and links to every piece of equipment they'd install. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and the job was beautifully done. Shout out to Ben and Marisol and the two installers for all their help.

I highly recommend 32 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning! Our a/c stopped working of course on a Sunday. I called 32 Degrees at 8 a.m. that morning. They called me within minutes and was at my house two hours later by 11 a.m. They diagnosed my issue quickly. Our air conditioning was up and running again within an hour. They were very knowledgeable, reliable and professional.

They even diagnosed an issue we have been having with our ac unit. We had installed a new Trane AC back in 2016 by one of "the larger" ac companies. The receptionist is just very unprofessional Maribel her name. They have replaced parts on my unit and it still is not working. it just has been a very bad experience with time and money wasted. Now that i have been charged and there job is done my phone calls are avoided very unprofessional. i would not recommend to anyone horrible customer service and communication skills.

After trying many different companies to work on our air conditioning i finally found 32 degrees. Our experience with replacing one of our units was fantastic! Not only did they replace the unit, they rebuilt the platform in the closet that housed the unit after a leak from the previous one left it a mess. All the guys that came to work were very nice, informative and respectful.

I highly recommend this company. We couldn't be happier that we held out for a company that we could trust. When our secondary unit goes out we will definitely be calling Ben and the team.

Ben came to my mother's house and repaired an AC that numerous AC companies were unable to repair. they did a fabulous job making everything work from increasing the air flow the temperature they recognize many things done wrong by the company, Mom hired to install the new unit, I don't normally write reviews but it has been almost a year and everything that they did is working fabulous.

Absolutely wonderful! We had 2 other companies out when we first had issues with our units, one of the companies insisted that we needed to replace our coils for $1,400. We called 32 degrees and the tech was fantastic. Put us at ease with his knowledge & trustworthiness, not to mention our unit has worked great since & we didn't need to replace the coils.

Thank goodness for Marisol & Ben! I was struggling with my homeowner warranty company in getting a replacement part for my HVAC since May 5. On May 24, the final approval for the replacement part had still not been sent to 32 Degrees. On that day, Marisol was placed on hold with the warranty company for over 90 minutes to no avail. Ben decided to pick up the part and install it within one hour at this own risk of not being paid. I am so thankful for their compassion. What a great team! I highly recommend them.

My A/C stopped working recently and called 32 degrees. I was stressed and afraid for my son who was sick with Covid and stuck in his room without air. I was also worried about germs with the A/C not working properly. I spoke to Marisol and she was able to help right away! Ben came over within the hour and quickly figured out the problem. He had the system working and the house was finally cooling down.

32 Degrees worked with us and our home owners warranty, in the end we took a cash out and decided to fully upgrade to a Trane top of the line 15 Seer system based on the recommendation of 32 Degrees. Incredibly knowledgeable staff of 3 came on time and dismantled all the old systems, installed the new Trane system and we were up and running and in blizzard like air in no time within a day.

The attention to detail in running piping and wiring was top notch - highly recommend this family run business operation to anyone whom asks; that doesn't want to deal with the big box name installers. Very fair, competitively priced and will never attempt to 'up sell' you with gadgets and gizmos you don't need. Highly Recommend!

I am a bit late in writing this review but we had a problem with our unit in early June. Ben responded quickly and worked with us to get the repairs completed as fast as possible - and thoroughly. With regard to having to purchase a new unit, Ben was considerate to our financial situation and found us an excellent deal! He was able to work with our teacher budget!

One really impressive moment was on installation day. I wanted to take a moment to give this company a review. I normally do not write many reviews but the customer service i received merited this review. Ben, gave us the unfortunate news that our outside motor blew and gave us the option to repair it or take that same money and put in a new unit. We decided to go with a new unit because our unit was past its time.

I am happy to say that on Friday night our a/c blew and by Monday a new unit was installed. We received the best price, financing was simple and his customer service was amazing!! He is truly someone you could trust and he does care about his customers and puts us first!

We recently had a new heat/air conditioning system installed in our home. After obtaining several estimates, we selected 32 Degrees Heat & Air owned by Ben Burgos. On meeting Ben it became clear to us that he was an amazing person with an exceptional work ethic, honest and takes pride in his work. Ben also worked on getting us the best price on a Trane unit and took meticulous care in installing the system.

Unlike other HVAC companies, Ben does not sub the work out but installs the system himself with an associate, and will give as much time as it takes to make sure all the dots are connected. After the system was installed, the work area was left spotless. If you are looking to replace your system you'll be very pleased with Ben's work. I can’t say enough good things about Ben (the owner). He came to the rescue when a previous HVAC tech from a different company couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our unit. He is an expert in his field, and it really shows. Numerous deficiencies were identified and explained in layman’s terms that were easy to understand. I’m sitting in my air conditioned house right now when I wasn’t before he responded. Again, very professional, courteous, prompt, and most of all an expert in his field. "AN OUNCE OF PREVENTION IS WORTH MORE THAN A POUND OF CURE!" Ben B just completed fall maintenance on my heating unit; fixed one small problem and now my unit is good to go. Ben B and company 32 Degrees are honest, fair and professional - most importantly, they have integrity. Finding 32 Degrees to care for my AC/heat has been like finding a great physician - I highly recommend this company.

I searched for a local company to come out and fix our AC unit, which was turning on and off sporadically. Decided upon 32 Degrees after reading positive reviews online. Ben answered my call and was immediately friendly and easy to schedule with. He came the next day and not only was helpful and patient with my questions, but took the time to explain to my husband and I ways to maintain our AC unit ourselves over time.

Absolutely great customer service! Have a young one and the AC died just a couple days before the hurricane and every company was booked a week or so out. Ben was able to get out same day and able to install replacement unit within a couple days. Unit works great and know it’ll last a long time. Went out of the way to make things work.
