Before you call our Longwood HVAC experts for AC or heating repair, you might want to try some DIY troubleshooting to fix the problem. Do you have zoned heating? If so, be sure the thermostat setting for that zone is cool or hot, depending on what you want, and that the fan is set to auto. Check all the supply and return air grilles to make sure they are unblocked, fully opened, and blowing air.

Service One's technicians are always on time and work quietly and quickly. Today we had Justin and he did a wonderful job. He took the time to answer questions and explain things. I called Service One to do an estimate for a repiping of my home. I was given a time frame of between 10 am-12 pm. The Plumbing Field Manager called me and gave me an exact time he would be here. I also received a text message with a picture of the field agent, a brief bio about him and a way to track him on a map of when he would be at my home. Upon his arrival, he was very professional and polite. He explained every aspect of the job. He took his time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions.

I contacted ServiceOne to conduct routine maintenance on my HVAC. Making an appointment was easy and they were able to come out the following week. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional throughout his visit. The service technician came out for the regular semi-annual maintenance. There were no known problems. He did the work in a timely, thorough manner. Water Heater Service We moved into our new house and quickly realized there were problems that required replacing it with a new water heater unit. We had our water heater installed by Tom G. a professional from start to finish. Walked me through the needs of the house, explained the different units and gave time to pro/con the whole decision to where I felt set up to make the best decision. He came on the scheduled day to install and less than 3 hrs we had our water back online brand new. Thanks, Tom!

As a Special Operations Veteran I am impressed with Service One Air Conditioning. Communication is excellent right up to a courtesy contact the day of service including the technician letting you know they were on their way. Tyler was the technician that did our service this time. He was very thorough, polite and professional. He gave us a few options to resolve our ac problem and explained the benefits of each. This is how you conduct good business. Our AC is an old unit and it's now working well.

Amazed at how quickly Service One responded to our request on every level. From our call being answered promptly by a friendly efficient receptionist, to our repairman arriving shortly afterward to assess our system. Our tech called to let us know exactly when he would arrive, a thorough system analysis and diagnosis was given, and an offer made to pick up the needed parts and fix it if we wanted him to complete the repair the same day.

I highly recommend Service One A/C. They installed my new a/c system on 2/24/20 and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. The salesman Otto was professional and friendly, never felt pressured. The installers did a great job, saved most of my hedges surrounding the a/c unit and installed a new hurricane pad that the new unit sits on.
Most A/C companies just put the new unit on the old mildew, moldy pad. John just came for the final inspection this past Friday and helped me set-up my thermostat to be remotely activated from my cell phone. Great company and employees!

This company is a lifesaver!!!!! My church had an outside unit that wouldn’t turn on. After having 2 companies come out & look at the unit....we decided to call Service One. They found every single problem between a fried air handler (due to a previous company mixing high & low voltage wires), bad thermostat,mix matched units & a dead lizard on the connector 😂.
They fixed our unit. Hooked up our new ac handler which now match our outside unit & installed a new thermostat. Thanks Jimmy,Jon,JP,Anthony & Service One Air Conditioning!
