Great experience with this company, Tom came out and replaced a broken moisture water pump on one of my two split-system AC units. He also cleaned and serviced both of my units and the outdoor power supply in a quick manner. Carini was the company that installed the system a few years ago and once again awesome experience. For my particular AC system, there's a 12 year parts warranty and because Carini did the installation they have a 12 year labor warranty that goes with it as long as they provide one maintenance appointment on the units once per year.
Ultimately it came down to Tom and the knowledge he had, finding the issue within a minute and telling me what he was going to do to fix it. When he left I knew everything was back to 100%. Thanks again for the help!

Far more affordable than other local plumbing/HVAC businesses, and offered higher quality equipment for less than the other peoples' basic stuff. Not sure how they do it, but I'm not complaining. They were able to work with my terrible schedule, and they've been in touch since the installation to schedule checkups and inspections and just to see how everything's going. Really happy that I went with Carini.

Carini designed and installed a mini-split system for our home. We could not be more pleased. The rooms come to a comfortable temperature quickly and quietly. The entire process was incredibly smooth, from their initial visit through completion. And in the end, even the City inspector was impressed with their workmanship and materials. Highly recommend!

Carini installed an electric heat pump water heater for us. The old gas water heater had failed. Miguel and his assistant stayed late on a Friday evening to finish the job so that we would have hot water. Most important, Miguel had experience installing electric heat pump water heaters. Many contractors aren't familiar with them. We also needed electrical work done as part of the installation. Carini has their own in-house electrician who was professional and timely did the electrical work. Carini also did all the paper work for the California Energy Tech Rebate Program. We eventually got a rebate for $3,100. The program is designed to promote the switch from gas heating systems to highly efficient electric heat pump systems. Thanks Carini!

My system is now working well. Was a challenge because installers were not able to go over, in detail, how to operate my New system; they handed me the manuals. Due to the impact of covid and omicron they were short qualified Technician staff with wait time for parts, as well. Current office and Tech staff have been in good contact throughout my warranty repair & check.

We had Carini Air install a minisplit system in our home. They were punctual and professional- also great at checking in with us throughout the project to keep us informed! Chris managed the installation and we highly recommend him and his work. He was knowledgeable and helpful as we were making decisions through the process. My original system was so old, that current state laws made a straight up replacement impossible. Carini helped to figure out what could be done easily and within a budget to meet the new efficiency standards. That included adding a return duct to increase overall airflow. The recommended size vent, however, would require ordering a special size filter. Carini swapped out the return vent for a slightly larger one at no cost allowing me to just buy filters off the shelf at home depot. I really appreciated their willingness to make that change at no cost to me since it will make proper maintenance so much easier.

I previously had heating and air conditioning installed by Carini heating and air. They got the job done! Everything was done professionally, finished in 3 days. The repair guy made most of the repairs in the drywall they had to cut and drill through in order to install it. I shopped around and got the best deal around. Thanks guys! Carlos was fantastic to work with. I called for a second opinion on a heater problem and was thinking my system was completely fried. I was stressed out and he came in with his calming nature and was able to walk me through the situation and was actually able to fix my system on the spot! He is my absolute hero and I cannot thank him enough! I know my old system is on it's last leg and will need to be replaced sooner rather than later and I look forward to seeing the quote he can work out for a whole new system. THANK YOU CARLOS!

Jake did a great job assessing the issue and describing the problem. He took a picture of the offending pipe and let me know then gave a quote. He was able to complete the job the next day. Very pleased with the work. Very pleased with both the price (another company had quoted a much higher and fibbed on what needed to be completed). I will have any future work done with Carini after how honest they were with us.

John at Carini came out to the house and spent a considerable amount of time assessing my HVAC needs. He did a thorough evaluation and we decided one mini split unit in the master bedroom would be compatible with my current central HVAC unit. The process from start to finish was easy. The installers were professional and friendly. John made sure all my questions were answered and that I knew how to operate the unit. He also assisted me w/ the rebate paperwork. The service I received from Carini was 5 star and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The valve going to the water heater was leaking. I messaged the company the agent responding was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to fit me in sooner than expected. I called Carini for a plumbing emergency and they were so great, sent someone out faster than any other company I called and saved the day! They communicate via email, phone, and text which made it easy for me to coordinate. I was out of the country when this pluming emergency happened and were great in coordinating with my friend who came to help. They took my payment over the phone and just made everything so easy.
