My kitchen faucet was broken and bathroom toilet was leaking at the base. From the time I made the phone call to the time the problems were solved, every aspect of working with Morey was prompt and easy. Thank you Paul, thank you Ken!

We have two AC units; one that came with our house when we first bought it (so unsure of when it was actually installed) and one that we had installed more recently about 5 years ago. Both were not working so we called up Morey. We were able to make an appointment easily and Ken spent hours at our house diagnosing the issues. He did his due diligence in making sure he inspected everything and explained options on what we could do to fix the really old AC unit.

It took a couple weeks to get the part for one of our AC units, but they called us to schedule an appointment as soon as they received it. At the time we also decided to get a new unit to replace the old one and were pleasantly surprised that they had that equipment available to install in at our appointment the following week. All of the technicians that were at our house were great; they were respectful of our house and put down drop cloths to walk in and out of the house and didn't mind our dog.

The first day, one of the guys realized that the unit they got was damaged so they took it back to the supplier and brought back a new one. The install ended up not being as straightforward as everyone thought so they had to call in another technician, Rahmin (sp?). He ended up getting our other unit to work with the replacement part. In doing so he pointed out a couple things on how whoever originally installed it put in the wrong filter and how there was a sprinkler head that could rust the coil to the unit.

We appreciated his attention to detail that our contractors obviously didn't have before! He then ended up spending the next two days at our house in getting the new unit to work. Our old 1940s house had some challenges and Rahmin was so patient in trying to get things to work. He apologized when he had to check with the manufacturer on a noise, but we understood it wasn't his fault and that he wanted to make sure that everything was installed correctly.

He had to come back after the weekend and he was able to get everything working and even installed the air filter on the other unit for us. He really went above and beyond to make sure that things were properly installed and working. We really appreciated his hard work and really can't thank the whole Morey crew enough

I called this particular company because I was seeking professional experience and know how. Ken Morey's work ethic shines through. I appreciated his attention to safety and other important details. After he did a maintenance service on my 30 year+ wall heater he left it up to me to replace it or not. It was in working condition. The next day I called to make an appointment to install a new one.

This is an old Hillcrest home and he had to resolve a few issues which he did with expertise. It took a more time but he didn't charge me the extra hours. He also took the initial maintenance service charge off the cost of the new heater install.

I figured I'd give them a shot and I was glad I did. From the get go, Shannon was very helpful in having someone there ASAP to look at rerouting our gas lines. Brian, the plumber, was very attentive to our needs and understood the urgency of not having gas to run our appliances (cold baths suck). Brian and Paul were able to get the job done fast, all while delivering fine quality work in their craft.

They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. I was concerned with a gas leak reported by my neighbor who was smelling gas in her unit, but I couldn't smell it in my unit, After trouble shooting, and upon making an enquiry regarding the leak to my neighbor I was amazed Brian found the leak by cutting a small hole in the wall behind my stove within 20 minutes. Couldn't believe it. He fixed the gas leak in my kitchen, cleaned and removed all debris and mess and left the place clean and tidy.

There was great communication throughout starting with Ken the owner of the company to Shannon the personable lady taking the calls in the office. Everything that needed explaining was explained well. There was good communication leading up to the work being done and I was extremely happy with the overall service provided by this company Their work was a first-class standard and they completed all the work in two days. Cameron and Jeff at Morey Plumbing we’re simply amazing and a true Godsent. I had a ceiling leak in my dining room and called a plumber who had done some work for a friend and it was the worst thing I could have done! I would like to thank Ken, his office workers Shannon and Anne and the fine team of technicians he has working for him. About a year ago I had completed a thorough research on air conditioning systems. I looked at brands like Amana, Air-Flo, Carrier, Frigidaire, Goodman, Lennox and more. I checked their EER and SEER efficiency and the related cost to obtain the biggest bang for the buck.

Then I researched who, in this area, would provide the most reliable installation and service. In the end I chose Morey Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. He was at the right location, had the best knowledge, and a good price for my new Goodman A/C, heater, ductwork and vents for my home. Ken and his team were efficient, clean, paid attention to every detail until the work was done.

The system has worked perfectly for the past year. Better yet, Recently, I called Ken to replace a thermostat at our small church. His technician, Brian Beckham, was there in a couple of days, changed the thermostat, patched some of the ductwork, and removed an old timer that hung on a wall. He was done in no time. I am happy to recommend Morey and his team, to everyone for their products, knowledge, courtesy and reliability.
