Arrowhead Heating & Air Conditioning

Chris Brown did an AC system inspection for me on June 1, 2023. He was courteous, professional, on time and just a good guy to work with. When I need to replace my aging system I want his help.

David was very professional and friendly. He did a wonderful job in keeeping our heater working. He was on time, no waiting on him. I highly recommend David and Arrow Head Heating and Cooling.

2 day install. First day went well. Drop cloths installed to keep house clean. Second day, no drop cloths. Melting, lot of mud tracked in. Also hole cut through dry wall. No clean up. Happy with new furnace.

First off, they charge a minimum of 3 hours. If the job only takes an hour you're still getting charged for 3! Which is bull crap. We had them come out to fix our hydraulic unit which stays cool with a refrigerated system. We stated numerous time the Freon may be low but they stated that it was fine. The first time the guy came out he spent an hour cleaning the condenser and said that fixed the issue.

We had a problem with it overheating. Charged 3 hours! He didn't even stick around to see if that was the issue. Low and behold the unit still overheated. He came out again and brought a friend to watch so that means we were being charged for TWO GUYS! They spent an hour and a half trying to figure out the problem and said the pump that kicks the fan on was low on oil so they added some more and left.

Again didn't even stick around to see if it fixed the issue. It did not. We spent a thousand dollars on those two servicemen and still our hydraulic unit was not working properly. Very poor customer service. I would highly not recommend Arrowhead.

Our furnace stopped putting out hot air. Arrowhead was very responsive to my message and came out promptly. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly, and re-programmed our thermostat as well. He took the time to explain the issues so that it shouldn't happen again. Our house has been the warmest and coziest since they came out and helped! Would definitely recommend. I didn't get a return call from another servicer so I can not compare prices but I feel their pricing is absolutely fair for a warm house!

Had Arrowhead work on our AC. Still did not work any better! Although we were charged and paid the bill. We had another local company work on it. Amazingly enough after that it worked just fine! Recently had them come to work on the heating. Did nothing to fix the problem! Told me I needed to contact the home inspector. After that I called back to have Arrowhead come back to fix the problem. Still waiting with No Callback!

Arrowhead Heating & AC did not serve me well recently when they came and looked at my AC that had just gone out! They told me that the compressor was destroyed & a new compressor would cost me $3000 or a new unit would cost me $4,700! So I reached out to Casper Tin Shop to get another estimate! They came & found that the little condenser unit was destroyed & so they replaced it & cost me all of $180 to fix my AC!

Thank you Casper Tim Shop! I will be a life long customer of there's as they are Honest, Honorable & have their clients best interest in mind! So Glad there are still great people out their to tell you the truth!

Called this place for a second quote and was charged $75.00 for the man to even look at my heater. Then when they quoted the unit they were double the original place i called who didnt charge me a thing to look at it. $4000.00 vs $2,000 for the exact same unit, same disposal fees, same warranty etc. And arrowhead said it would take ALL day to install. Tim force was in and out in 2 hours and my heater works great. Not to mention they did not leave any sort of mess for me to clean up. It was worth shopping around! The people at Tim Force are great to work with.

I've been a customer of Arrowhead for many years now. They check my furnace and air conditioner to makes sure its running properly. The one time I've had a problem with it it stopped working in the middle of the summer and they came out on a weekend to fix it. They've been awfully good to me and I appreciate it.

I've been Arrowhead's client for several years. They check my furnace and air conditioner now and then. The technicians do a good job and they seem dependable. That's why I've stuck with the company for such a long time.

Recently I had Arrowhead put in a heat pump but they have also been my go to with my AC for a few years. The guys are always over very promptly after I put in a call, and the work never seems to take long. I'm very happy and will continue to use them.

I call Arrowhead annually about once a year to have them check on things and if I need anything done for the next season. The guys have never given me any problems and always get things done. Overall we're happy that we use them!

Arrowhead comes to our house annually, they keep everything running great so we don't usually need to call them much. We've been very happy with everything they've done for us and that's why we only use them for our furnace and our air conditioner.
