Me and my family live about 60 miles SE of Denver in a rural area. We purchased a house and realized that all the Furnaces and A/C units were 20+ years old. We called a company in the Denver Metro area that came recommended and offered a 10% discount off the total bill and service. The bid for 3 furnaces, 3 A/C units and 2 water heaters, all of which were slightly better than the run of the mill residential units.
The bid with a 10% discount was over $90,000. I grew up in Wyoming and thought, since it is such a big job, I will reach out to some HVAC companies in Wyoming and forward them the bid to see if they could be competitive and if so would be willing to send a crew down here. I spoke with one of the owners of Casper Tin Shop, Sean Lijewski. He explained to me that looked over the bid and said that he actually sat down and tried very very hard to even get to the $90,000+ bid and ultimately I could not figure out how that bud was so much money.
He did say that it is not normal, however he spoke with his business partner Jason LeDoux and they would do the job and see how it goes. They ended up being $25,000+ cheaper for the entire job, but the big difference is Casper Tin Shop wrote the bid up and ended up installing all top of the line systems with heat pumps and commercial level water heaters. Casper Tin Shop sent 4 workers down here on a Monday and they wrapped up the job Wednesday afternoon.
Owner Sean Lijewski also came down on Wednesday to deliver the water heater units that came in a day late. All the staff was very professional and so easy to work with. They also included 3 brand new state of the art Bluetooth thermostats and took extra time to make sure we understood how to use them. I don't know how all this worked out for them as a business as far as profit and if it was worth it or not for the company but if you are outside Wyoming, I would at least call them and give them a chance to bid the job if they will take it.
If you are in Wyoming, hands down Lijewski, LeDoux and the staff of Casper Tin Shop will make sure you are 100% satisfied! I never had the opportunity to speak with the office manager, Angie LeDoux, and I am assuming that is her title, sorry if it is not but I did hear her name several times and realized that she was pivotal in the completion of this job for us. HIGHLY recommend the Casper Tin Shop. When our furnace went down and it was negative temps out, they were right on it. One call to them and I received great info and they got the ball rolling. They were prompt and professional. Arrived right on my requested time and they had our furnace up within a couple hours. Will definitely use again!

We are new to Casper and our realtor recommended Casper Tin. I called and got a same day appointment. Dave came and solved our problem fast. What a great guy and the cost was very reasonable. We just moved here and we have found a Heating and Cooling company we trust. We started a yearly service with them and are very pleased. We highly recommend them if you are looking for help with your home.

Casper Tin is amazing. My AC went out and I called in the morning and by 11:30 there was a tech at my house. Tim was AMAZiNG! He diagnosed the problem and my air was up and running the next day. Cost was unbeatable. They work with you to make sure you are well taken care of. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you Tim for your hard work.

From the beginning to the end these guys are the best. The quote, consultation, and scheduling were fair, reasonable, and on time. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. The workmanship of the install is absolutely on point, no corners cut. It's nice to see a group of people take pride in their work. Will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Out of 3 different local companies Casper Tin shop was who I went with to install my AC and furnace in my house, they were the fastest to respond / give me a quote and excelled in customer service to which the competitors lacked. Great Service! I have been trying to get my AC Fixed from the guy who put it in before I bought the house for the last two months! So this whole summer I have had no AC and it has been horrible. I called around to a couple other places and could never get anything set up. I call Casper Tin Shop, got me scheduled for the same day and got it fixed! Highly recommend them!

Nothing but great things to say about Casper Tin Shop! Jason, Angie and the whole crew were completely professional and outgoing! The quality work they completed in our home is outstanding. Jason gave my wife and I extreme detail for the project needs, time frame and bid. A few other places we checked with were very short with us and didn't give us many options.

Our furnace decided to stop working during the coldest days we've had this winter. Called Casper Tin Shop and have Jason the details. Appointment was scheduled for the same day. I received a text from them letting me know the tech was on their way. Paxton was the tech and he was efficient and friendly. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue then went above and beyond by doing some routine cleaning inside the furnace. Highly recommend this outfit for your heating and cooling needs.

Casper Tin Shop is one of the best service companies I have ever dealt with. They went out and installed a swamp cooler in our lake trailer. We live in Colorado but they kept me informed of every aspect of the installation. Angie, in the office, let me know when the job was done and was very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this company!
