We had a new HVAC system installed today and Troy came out to test the ducts. He was friendly and professional, explained what he was going to do a why. He completed the job in a timely manner.

Chooses to not wear masks while indoors. When I saw two of them inside my family member's home I asked them if they needed a mask and if I could go find one for them. They rolled their eyes at me. One of them put a mask on while the other deliberately didn't. I told them that my father is high risk and they need to wear a mask when inside with them. Wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic shouldn't even be optional for a business such as this.

They are coming in closed doors with customers. Regardless of how my patrons feel about masks, it should be a BASIC company policy. My parents clearly weren't worried about it, which is unfortunate. However, I'm their family and I expressed that I care because I'm worried about their health. I was met with passive aggressive eye rolls and the disrespect of one completely disregarding my request.

They not only put themselves and my parents at risk but they are now putting future customers at risk because they can now carry a potential virus to their next house they visit. If you care about your health or the health of those you love I would suggest looking to a different company to conduct business with.

I have been working on a fire-rebuilt for the past year and was lucky enough to select Valley Duct Testing for my energy compliance requirements. I cannot overemphasize how impressed I have been with this company and with John Flores the owner. They have been remarkably efficient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire rebuild. I have met very few businesses in my 50 plus years that have exceeded my expectations by such a large margin. I honestly do not know how they do it, but they treat you as if you are the only client they have. Truly remarkable company with amazing management and talented workers.

Both Roger and John were very courteous and professional! They provided excellent impartial suggestions once the testing was completed! The three HVAC companies that quoted me were obviously trying to sell me more than I needed. I am now very confident about what needs to be done! I just had a new heating and air system put in my home and Dan Sidhu from Valley Duct Testing did the final testing. Dan was a true professional that spent extra time with me so that I would understand the state requirement. I was truly impressed with Dan and his work and I can highly recommend him to others.

Roger arrived on time, was very polite and did the job efficiently. He worked well with the Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort team that expertly installed our new HVAC system and explained the most important measurements.

Both Darrell and Ryan were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and prompt. They were very willing to provide information and offer explanations of the testing and inspections they conducted. I will definitely recommend their services to friends and family when the need arises.
