Came out for an estimate and it seemed like the guy didn't want to do it at all wasnt too friendly either. He said he would call later with an estimate on price. Turns out he really didn't care for the job becuase there was no contact made after that. Way to lose money because it would have been an expensive job.

We have used thia business for years. Our latest experience was not the best. Needed a compressor in our HVAC unit. They came out Weds., said we can put it in Fri. We said we had a commitment then, and we agreed on Monday. This house is 45 min. from our home and is to be sold. Monday comes, my husband leaves early to be there at the agreed time. I am about 20 minutes out, and they call and said they did not have the compressor. FORGOT to go pick it up in BHAM. So.
Could they come Min. after noon? Good thing they talked to me and not my gusband! I questioned the charge, and was told the tech had figured the amount of coolant wrong, and that coolant is sold to the consumer at a price above $65 a lb. Enough said. One bad experience does not scare us away, but definitely we will proceed with caution.

Was told twice by same rep from company, that I needed a new HVAC. Once I only needed the coils cleaned. The other time, not long after, I only needed a new thermostat. Was called out on FB, for sharing feedback, from a worker there. So here's your public review ma'am. Wouldn't use this place again if they were the last company in town. If you will get butt hurt by 1 dissatisfied customer and be rude to them on a public forum, then the public deserves to know who you are and what your company is about. Hope this issue is fixed as it was a couple of years ago. Have a good day Susan!
